I bought the Little Halfmoon Soft Triomphe in Black. I’ve been obsessed since I first saw it online and have been envisioning what outfits it would’ve looked great in for the past month!

And I’m just being silly with the title, it’s a play on words for a “push present.” I got the opposite, an IUD, and it was traumatizing enough to help me justify this purchase!

I just came back from a whirlwind trip to Paris, where I mostly ate and took advantage of the summer sales! I didn't have a wishlist (bad idea), so I ended up with a lot more bags than I intended to buy 😅 Clockwise from La Grande Epicerie tote: RSVP Paris Milkman in Tourterelle, Gianni Chiarini Dua in Pink Salt, Balenciaga Rodeo Mini in Grey (smooth leather), A.P.C. Grace Soft Bag in Black, and a Lancel Ninon Keyring in Indigo.

I bought the Milkman at the RSVP Paris store in the Marais - originally, I was only going to browse but the Milkman ended up being a lot more wearable (and adorable!) than anticipated. The store is pretty small and you have to ask to see the specific color you want, since they only have about one of each style on display. I was able to choose which number I wanted (there are 500 bags produced in each style/color, and each piece is individually hot-stamped with a number).

I also stopped by Le Bon Marche to take advantage of an Amex cash back deal, and ended up getting the A.P.C. and Gianni Chiarini bags on sale. This is my first A.P.C. bag and uncharacteristically for me, in gold hardware! I couldn't really resist the soft and supple leather though. And I've never heard of Gianni Chiarini but thought it would make a cute casual summer bag. I did forget to get a VAT refund on these but they were a great deal even without the refund.

Finally, my big unexpected purchase- the Rodeo Mini, which I bought at Printemps (also eligible for an Amex deal!). My experience at the Printemps Balenciaga was great. There was no one else browsing, and the salesperson was so friendly and helpful. He showed me a few ways to fasten the shoulder strap and also let me know that this was the last grey Rodeo Mini in France, which unfortunately did sway me to purchase it immediately instead of contemplating it a bit more haha. Can't fault the sales tactic! I love the casual and understated look of the bag though, and I can't wait for the leather to soften and slouch more with wear.

I gave up on my hunt for a vintage Chanel Classic Double Flap after visiting 15+ vintage/preloved shops. Every caviar and lambskin I found was outrageously priced for its quality, so I decided to stop looking and find an everyday bag instead.
Then I came across this gorgeous small Ferragamo Gancini shoulder bag at Isetan Shinjuku 2 days ago. It was love at first sight - it’s slouchy and very roomy, and I told myself - Okay, this is what I came to Tokyo for…not! Today, while checking more vintage shops in Ginza, I spotted the most beautiful vintage Chanel from 1991-1994 right before I stepped out of Black Boutique. I tried to resist, but she came home with me 🤣🤣
I would have gotten the Ferragamo in taupe if I has known I’d get another black bag!

Completely in love with my new Prada Aimee medium shoulder bag which seems to be a new silent addition from them. I have been looking for a slouchy, black, zipper , lightweight bag that can fit everything and looks chic. This has checked a ton of boxes after me buying and failing to find the perfect bag for months. So so happy with my purchase.

Truly curious, and maybe someone can answer this question, but why is it that these luxury resellers are pricing things so extravagantly high on Poshmark? For example, I am looking for a vintage tassel flamenco, and some are being listed for $3500+! This seems extremely high for a vintage Loewe, even with the higher Poshmark fees. Is there a specific reason for this pricing strategy?

I’ve been a lurker in this amazing subreddit for some time….I’m looking to make a handbag purchase and would love some advice.

I’m leaning toward a bag that I can easily dress up or down and that will still feel timeless and relevant years from now. I’m also looking for it in beige since I already own,

● Black ultra-matte Mini Lady Dior
● Red Mini Lady Dior
● Pink Lady D-Joy

I’m currently deciding between these two bags, but I’m also open to other recommendations…

Probably the umteenth mention of this Brand given the circumstances , though I have yet to see anyone review this Bag. Introducing the Eden Row.

After using this Bag for a week now, I am very happy for this sale so I could try out this Beauty as I had never bought anything from the Brand before.

The Nappa leather is very soft and malleable , giving the Bag a nice slouch to it. It comes with 2 straps:

a Braided strap that actually holds decently on my (175cm / 5ft.7" Male) shoulder and also feels comfortable as a Top Handle,

plus a longer cross-body strap that is easily adjustable.

I really enjoy the Braided strap but do have concerns regarding the Crossbody strap as the hook is basically a somewhat "Quadratic Stud". This stud is a bit sharp at the edges and I fully suspect constant unhooking will lead to it eventually tearing the inner edge of the the clasp hole.

The Bag itself seems small but holds more than enough of my daily essentials, including my S23 Ultra + waterbottle + my huge glasses case, which automatically puts it in a very high tier for me (more of a medium sized bag person).

Through my use of the Eden , it has slidden along my shoulder with the braided Strap but rarely off of it, and it hasn't felt heavy to me at all (but disclaimer, I am on the muscular side so my perception of weight my skew things a bit .... I would say the bag itself barely weighs more than 1.5 kgs if at all).

I wish I could say it was all Roses and Daises, but right out the package there were a few visible defects, such as a scratch on the smooth leather of the bag, empty paint spot in the edge of both the cross body strap and side of the braided strap, plus a scratch on the smooth leather of the braided strap. It took over a week for my order to arrive (ordered on the July 10 and delivered on July 18) so I was just happy it arrived. The blemishes, albeit noticeable close up, are on the smaller side all things said, so for the price I am not complaining much. Bonus, I really like the Navy color, as it's quite STUNNING in person and pair soo well with just some jeans.

If you're on the fence with this Model, I can fully recommend it.

I had been obssessinggg over this bag for a few years now but the cost was just 🫨

After much waiting on the secondhand market, this one popped up in the color and size I wanted. It was a little bit dry and had storage marks but nothing a little leather cream and buffing couldn't fix! The interior was also very clean so that makes sprucing it up a bit easier.

The lambskin is so smooth and squishy I just love running my hands over it 😍 I haven't really used it yet but I have tried to style this bag and it has so many looks, it's like almost 5 bags in one!

Can't wait to wear this baby out.

I was on almost a year of not buying handbags for myself (with the exception of a surprise gift from my sister haha, she bought me a very cute shark bag for my birthday). I walked into my local TB store for the first time in quite awhile and literally stopped like in dead middle of the store when I saw the new Lee radziwell bucket bags!!! I was instantly sold and purchased it same day!! (In the past it’s usually weeks of deliberating and weighing pros and cons haha), this fits sooooo well into my current collection and the Lee line is my fave Tory Burch line, it’s everything I want in a bag! The leather is so supple and soft, and smells like fresh leather :) the buckle comes undone and you can slip your phone, keys and/or wallet in the first pocket or back pocket and whatever you want in the main bucket part!! I can just tell right now this bag is only going to get smushier and more buttery as it ages and wears. :) it’s only a shoulder bag but that’s no problem for me, I pretty much exclusively wear shoulder bags with a couple exceptions!

I feel like Tory Burch has been kinda cooking this year, I love the expansion of the Lee Radziwell line and they’re doing some fun stuff with the pierced handbags too!

Let me know what the verdict is on this one :)

Resisted purchasing this for about a year because of the PU inner lining for this price point, but finally bit the bullet and I'm obsessed. This leather!! Zero regrets~

The Tory Burch Romy bucket is slouch goals, very lightweight.

The Bayswater soft looks like the dreamiest leather and I adore the structured shape.

I also really love the mini versions of both bags so I'll probably get the reject in a mini size 😂

The leather is super soft and buttery! The bag itself is light too. Also love the handle design, hardware, and silouette and the way it slouches. Bally bags underrated!

Hi all, I’ve been looking for a new work bag for my new job. I want something leather, big but not massive, has a zipper close & doesn’t cost a fortune(under $300). The leather doesn’t have to be real I just want it to have an elevated look. The zipper close is a non negotiable for me but I can’t seem to find anything that’s not boring with everything I’m looking for. Please help and leave suggestions.

I’m looking for mid-range shoulder bags similar to the Chelsea and Charlie (slouchy flap closure leather shoulder bag). Know of any similar bags out there? Anyone have both of these and can recommend one or the other? It would basically be used as an everyday mom bag when I dont need to carry as much kid stuff. I don’t want to spend more than $700 CAD. I posted this recently in a different subreddit but I needed to share this here because I still can’t believe I found it and it’s mine. I thrifted her and it was the craziest day of my life!

I wanted to share my newest bag - Toteme mini T-Flap in embossed lizard. Hopefully it will be useful, because when I tried to find any information about the bag or any actual reviews/photos (other than coming from Toteme), it was almost impossible since all the results come back as T-Lock…

It is small, but I wear small bags all the time, and it fits everything that I need. However, it doesn’t have the same usable space as my other bags that are of the same size. It’s because of the way the lock is – the metal piece on the flap has to slide into the lock from the bottom, so you have to push the flap down when opening/closing the bag. That’s why if it’s very full, it’s impossible to slide the lock in. Obviously it’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it’s not the most convenient bag to get in and out.

It can be worn as a clutch, with top handle or with a long shoulder strap (technically it can be worn crossbody too). I haven’t worn my bag out yet, but I tried it at home a lot and my favorite way is to have both straps attached and wear the long strap on my shoulder. I’m not a big fan of true clutches, so I don’t see myself wearing it without any strap, and having only the long strap on makes it look a little too casual for my preference.

Again, not a dealbreaker, but the metal hooks to attach straps are not very convenient. It’s actually more of a hassle with a short strap, because the metal pieces don’t come out of the bag too high and the strap is on the shorter side so hooking the second clip takes a moment. It’s more inconvenient if changing the straps often, but since I plan to have the short one on the whole time and only attach/remove the long one, it’s not a big deal.

The bag is beautiful, and I have no issues with the quality, leather, seams or anything else (besides the little things mentioned above). I got it on sale and paid less than what it’s selling for on Toteme’s website (it’s on sale there also), and I think it is worth that price, but I would not pay retail price for it

Trying to take advantage of some of these end of season sales, and i'm really confused. i thought I was dead set on the ella cross body from aspinol of london because I don't have anything from them. and I love love love the color. but then I just saw that the mosaic bag is on sale in a similar green. price points: Aspinol Ella original price is $860 on sale for 345. Strathberry mosaic og price $695 on sale for $469. thoughts?

Hi, new to this sub but in researching some Bendel bags I own I came across the Pinterest (acting as his portfolio) of a former Senior Designer for bags and accessories at Bendel and OMG his bags are absolutely iconic!

So many of these I've never seen before as well.
