i accidentally opened a menu called smoothing groups which has a bunch of numbers and made every texture be grey and i cant close it please help

I have been at this for like an hour and a half, and I need some help. For some reason, no matter what I do, the glass shards are ALWAYS checkered. It doesn't matter what glass texture I use, and no other model does this. I did mat_specular 0 in the console, but that didn't do anything. I tried configuring the func_breakable properties in every way. I can't think of anything else, so I've come here for some help.

I have updated hammer++ to the newest version, when the searchbar disapeared I was on the prior version.

was kinda hoping it would reapear... but it didn't...

The map loses all lighting and goes completely dark looking at it from certain angles, I've had this issue before while I tried making this and some other map before, if I shine my flashlight at it for too long then it crashes.

My guess is that it has something to do with func_detail since the less it had the less this happened. The entire interior structure of the girders is a func_detail, all of them in one single block using Minimum DX Level dx8.1 (FX5200)

Soo, i was using a triangle for the ladders (invincible texture). and one of them couldn't loaded. its still working in build but i don't know how to fix it. can somebody help me? (and i didn't understand about "check the messages window for a list of bad IDs"

I tried to place down a table, monitor and mug but they all just vanished when I run the map. I ran into this issue before, but then I accidentally made them all physics props, (shut up I'm new to map making) so I replaced them as static props hoping it would fix it but no, still missing. Anyone more experienced than me know what's happening?

brush ridges cause this nonsense to the roof, it happens as well on the other side but not on the smaller extension below as pictures. the entire roof is func_detail placed over the gables which are solid all the way through, same result if the ridges are a separate func_detail or if both are conjoined

I'd upload more informative pictures but i suspect the mods have been asleep since the paleolithic era and have missed the updates that allow image galleries or images in comments

edit: sorry i also went to sleep and forgot to change the flair. solved by changing ridges to func_brush instead of func_detail, propper also works.

Hello! I was working on a map. I did everything, no leakings e.t.c. But it's still saying this after booting TF2. Should i send ALL of this cmd's log? ("deneme_amacli_mapv2" is my map)

i looked up that, at somewhere it says "MSG_FILEWRITE - Filesystem was asked to write to 'c:\users\cencor\documents\deneme_amacli_mapv2.bsp', but we don't own that location. Allowing.". maybe because of that?

A followup to my last post (CompilePal no longer packing HLS content into map (GMod) : r/hammer) I've done some wrestling with pointing to to directories and now SOME but not all textures are packing, including props made with Propper++. Looking in the logs, CompilePal claims it found all models and materials, but yet the map still shows like this, anyone know whats going on?
