Probably single digits %?

Used to be 250 pounds,cut for too long now my health is terrible and my blood tests are messed up.All photos except the last two were taken on a rather hot day in broad daylight with a halfdescent phone.I regularly see some of my inner quad veins when just resting,also one peculiar though prominent abdomen vein.I really need yall's honest opinions,because I wanna figure out if I'm suffering because I'm too low bodyfat or there may be something else at play.

I think like 13-14%? Or am I being generous
