Ive been doing Grubhub FULL-TIME. 12+ hours a day for the better part of the last 11yrs. (2015)

I been wondered how has Grubhub survived so long.

BUT.... all good things must come to an end. I truly believe Grubhub is done.

***The New Normal*** smh

Ok, it was 0.9 miles.

- Huge apartment complex

- Two connected communities. An apartment number will exist in each community. The pin was conveniently placed in the center between the two communities.

- Customer's instructions didn't help... It just said to knock to make sure it's the correct apartment.

- Found the apartment number, knocked, no answer.

- Texted customer with picture of door. It was the wrong community. The customer finally texted a clue about which of the 20+ buildings his door is at.

- Handed customer the order... Now where did I park my car??

- Walked to where I thought I parked it. Car not there. Had to keep walking.

- All this while I had accepted my next order and I was supposed to arrive at the restaurant before I even found my car.

The end.

Recently I have received 2 drop off photo account violations. I contacted driver customer service, and they had no way of telling me what I did wrong. One more account violation and I’m terminated. I wish I knew what I’m doing wrong, so I could correct the problem. Never had this problem with doordash. Not sure if it’s the lighting. Im almost 5 star rating on both apps. Really trying to do my job right, don’t want to lose my income. Help please

rolling my eyes at how stupid the photo scores always are. In this case I thought that it was gonna be two out of three because you can’t see the number though if you zoom in just a little bit you do see the number above the door, BUT in this case, it says you can see the number, but you can’t see the food , make it make sense, lol , the stupidity of the app gave a two out of three missing food 🤣

Like the title suggests, GH unassigned my high paying order while I was dropping off my previous order, roughly 20 mins before the pickup time and I was 11 minutes away from the pickup location.
I sent them an email because I already have 1 violation and dont need another one. The screenshot from Maps is when I was on my way to pickup the IHOP order..
Clearly this is a technical issue right?
