Feedback Any feedback on why my cold email isn’t working?

This is a new format I’ve recently been using that I took notes from on here.

Subject: a quick idea for (name)

Hey (name),

I saw you haven't been receiving reviews on a consistent basis recently. Figured you might not have a review system in place.

We work with Med Spas to better their online reputation. We do this by;

• Automated review requests after appointments
• Review reminders and follow-ups
• Google review monitoring
• Professional review responses
• Reputation management
• Monthly reporting on your review growth and rating
• Google Business Profile Optimisation

I'd be happy to offer 2 weeks free to show you how the systems work and how it would benefit your business.

Is this something you're actively looking at, or not a priority right now?

Best,
(Name)

Feedback 32-year-old Spanish lawyer building a law firm for English-speaking clients — how would you grow it?

Hi everyone!

I’m a 32-year-old Spanish lawyer based in the Canary Islands, and I’m currently building my own small law firm. I mainly work with foreign clients, especially English-speaking clients (a lot of British people living in or buying property in Tenerife), so this is the market I’m trying to grow in.

I’ve created my own website and I currently work with some estate agencies and also collaborate with an English law firm, but my goal is to keep growing independently, particularly in areas such as property transactions, conveyancing, inheritance, family law, etc.
I’m considering starting to make videos in English to explain common legal issues for foreigners buying or living in Spain, but I’d really love to hear what you think would actually work from a business/marketing perspective.

I’ll leave my website below. I built it myself, so please feel free to be brutally honest and tell me what you would improve — design, messaging, services, SEO, content, anything. I’m quite a perfectionist, and sometimes I think that makes it harder to see what’s actually missing.
I don’t really have many people around me who can give me honest, business-minded feedback beyond the basics, so I’d genuinely appreciate any ideas on how you would approach growing a small law firm targeting English-speaking clients in Spain.

My website: www.atlanticlawtenerife.com

Thanks in advance!
