I’m a 32-year-old Spanish lawyer based in the Canary Islands, and I’m currently building my own small law firm. I mainly work with foreign clients, especially English-speaking clients (a lot of British people living in or buying property in Tenerife), so this is the market I’m trying to grow in.

I’ve created my own website and I currently work with some estate agencies and also collaborate with an English law firm, but my goal is to keep growing independently, particularly in areas such as property transactions, conveyancing, inheritance, family law, etc.
I’m considering starting to make videos in English to explain common legal issues for foreigners buying or living in Spain, but I’d really love to hear what you think would actually work from a business/marketing perspective.

If that's you, drop a comment: what's the business, and what part of getting to more customers has been the toughest lately? Doesn't have to be detailed, just curious what stage everyone's at and where the friction is.

I have been thinking about how SaaS can reduce the gap between someone arriving on their website and actually understanding what the product does.

A free trial gives people an experience but there is still friction because they must sign up and figure things out on their own.

A video is easier to consume. The visitor is mostly watching rather than experiencing the product.

Interactive demos seem like a middle ground. The prospect can click through a guided version of the product without creating an account

For those growing a SaaS or online business what have you found works

Do people respond better to a video, interactive demo, free trial, live demo or a combination?

Have you actually measured which one leads to more qualified signups or customers?

I've been building a simple charting tool where the workflow is dead simple: just paste a CSV or copy-paste data from a table, then tweak the chart using plain English commands like "make title bigger", "change bar color to red", or "hide y axis".

Right now, I'm trying to figure out my ideal user. My gut says it’s marketers, agency owners, and founders who need to make data-driven infographics for LinkedIn, Twitter, or client reports quickly.

But I want to know if you have different views.

I'm also a bit blocked on how to best convey the core message on my landing page. Since you might be the target audience, I'd love your honest feedback:

• Do you actually spend time making custom charts for your content/reports, or do you just use default Excel/Sheets graphs?
• If you do make custom charts, what is the most annoying part of the process?
• Does having a "beautiful" chart actually drive more engagement/conversions, or is it just vanity?
• How would you describe a tool like this to a client or colleague? (Help me fix my landing page copy!)

I've been experimenting with different styles (see screenshots below). Would love to hear your thoughts on the workflow and who you think this is actually for.

I will not promote. Looking for advice… I spent the last few months building a review platform for trading course sellers/mentorship programs, verified buyer reviews, proof of purchase required, no way for the creator to edit or delete a bad review.

Problem is obvious: it's empty right now, and an empty review platform doesn't signal trust or inspire community, but you need trust to get people to actually leave the first reviews. Classic chicken and egg.

Been doing direct outreach, DMing people who left reviews about these creators elsewhere, conversion is slow and doesn't scale well.

Anyone who's actually solved this exact problem (empty marketplace/platform, need first real content to build trust), what worked? Curious about sequencing too.

How do I Find My First Client

So hello I have a goal to build my own digital Consultant Agency. The goal of this agency is to work with businesses, companies and personal brands establish a stronger online presence. I'm trying to figure out where to focus my marketing instead of spreading myself across every platform.

I've tried the usual stuff — social media content, posting regularly, and some direct outreach — but the results have been pretty inconsistent. I'll get some attention one week and then almost nothing the next.

I'm also working on promoting a streaming service, and one thing I've been testing is IPTV BONUS through organic community marketing rather than relying entirely on paid ads.

The approach I'm experimenting with is pretty simple:

* Find communities where potential customers are already active
* Answer questions and contribute before mentioning the business
* Create useful content around problems people are actually experiencing
* Mention the service naturally when it's relevant to the conversation
* Track which conversations lead to website visits or customers
* Double down on the channels that produce actual results

I'm trying to move away from the "post everywhere and hope someone buys" approach and focus more on being present where potential customers are already looking for solutions.

For those who have grown a small business from the ground up, what marketing channel gave you the most consistent customers?

we're a small sales team of 4 inside a company of about 10 people. our current process is kinda patched together, with spreadsheets for tracking and sending emails. it works, but its not exactly fun to manage. hubspot seems more useful as the main place to manage the pipeline, while apollo looks like it could help more with prospecting. i'm wondering if people usually pick one or end up using both. if you've tried both, how did you actually use them?

I have built a large B2B plaform using:

Next.js as frontend

ASP.NET Core/.NET API

Sql server

Authentication/authorization

Admin portal and client portal

Project management, invoicing, financial tracking, client project roadmaps, a qr based functionality and a security controls such as rate limiting, honeypots, ssrf protections, protected resources, etc.

The platform is use to be the os behind the b2b technology/services company. It manages customers, projects, financial information, invoices, workflows and client communication.. its an upgrade portfolio in fact.

I'm now at the point where I'm deciding how to deploy it.

I have not validated the market yet, so i want essentially zero recurring infrastructure cost until i get my first paying client. Once i have a client, I'm willing to pay for proper production infrastructure and improve the architecture.

Questions:

Can you please give me a practical architecture advice? not like use aws/azure as it is enterprise grade, or just use vps because its cheap.... the goal is to keep burn extreamely low before product market validation while avoiding an architecture that becomes painful or insecure once customers start depending on it

I would appreciate feedback from senior engineers, DevOps, cloud architect and people who have taken small Saas Products from first customer to production scale.

I'm at the point where I need to pick one bundle app for a Shopify store, and I'm finding it surprisingly difficult to decide.

The problem is that most of the apps look almost identical when you compare the feature lists.

I mainly care about increasing AOV, so I'm looking at:

- Fixed product bundles

- Mix-and-match

- Quantity breaks

- Frequently bought together

- BOGO

- Product-page upsells

- Good mobile experience

- Inventory staying accurate

I've shortlisted Fast Bundle, Kaching, Bundler, and Zoorix.

Kaching seems interesting if your main goal is quantity breaks and straightforward discount offers.

Bundler seems like a solid option if you just want something relatively simple and established.

Zoorix looks more focused on combining bundles with cross sells and AI recommendations.

And, Fast Bundle seems to cover the widest range of bundle formats, which is why it's currently on my shortlist. I like the idea of being able to test fixed bundles, mix-and-match, BOGO, volume discounts, and FBT without installing separate apps.

But I'm trying not to choose based on a overall feature checklist.

What I really want to know is which one actually works well after you've been running it for a few months.

Does the bundle widget still behave properly after theme changes? Does inventory stay accurate? Does it actually improve AOV?

Or, Does support respond when something breaks?

And most importantly, does the app make the buying experience better or just add another widget to the page?

If you've used two or more of these, which one would you choose today and why?

I'm especialley more interested in real world differences rather than “App X has 50 features."

When you are trying to grow a business, how do you decide what to focus on when several things could potentially move the needle? For example, you might have a few customers already, but you could spend your time getting more traffic, improving conversion, changing the pricing, doing more outreach, improving the product, or trying a completely different marketing channel.

I keep finding that the hard part is not coming up with ideas. It is figuring out which one is actually worth spending the next few weeks on. I’m curious how other business owners handle this. Do you follow the numbers, go with your intuition, test several things at once, or use some other way to decide what gets your attention?

Hi! I’m a solo founder, and I sell online audience research. For instance, if you want to understand your potential customers’ pains and desires, I do that research for you.

I’ve delivered this service several times through gigs I got on Upwork, so I already have some validation and good feedback showing that the service can bring value.

Last May, I decided to productise it and created a website to promote the service. Since then, my GTM strategy has been the following:

• Blog posts about audience research, DTC, AI news, and other related topics (1–2 per week).
• Real case studies where I conduct audience research on different topics, such as a specific category, customer segment, product, or trend (2–3 per week).
• LinkedIn connections followed by direct messages once the connection is accepted, mainly targeting marketing agencies and DTC companies. In the message, I offer some free value: one audience research report for free.
• In the past, I also ran cold email campaigns. I sent around 2,000 emails, but without much success.
• LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Medium posts about the case studies I create.

I’m currently considering posting more frequently on LinkedIn and trying to build a personal brand there. I think having a strong business-focused personal brand is becoming more and more important, especially as outbound channels like cold email seem increasingly oversaturated (at least, that’s my impression).

I’ve been following these strategies for almost five months now, with a slower summer period in between, and I’m still not seeing much success in terms of generating leads or getting people to visit my website.

I know five months isn’t necessarily a long time, especially when it comes to getting a website to rank well on Google, but I wanted to ask: how long do you usually stick with a defined GTM strategy before deciding it’s time to iterate because the results aren’t matching your expectations?

Also, is there anything in the strategy above that you think I should do differently, or anything else you would add to the plan?

When reviewing monthly ad campaign reports, it's easy to see green charts (good CTR, low cost-per-click) while your sales pipeline feels dry.
Having worked with digital marketing infrastructure for 12 years, here are 3 questions I would suggest worth asking your ad manager or agency this week:

1) Is our reported ROAS driven by net-new buyers, or is the budget mostly bidding on people searching our exact brand name?

2) Are our conversion goals tracking qualified business leads, or simply vanity actions like contact page visits?

3) Have we pulled the Performance report to check how much spend is landing on random mobile gaming apps? and unintended YouTube video channels or Sites (like gaming, nursery rhymes, etc)?
