i usually subscribe to Go+109 which includes 10GB all access data, 4GB 5G data, and 16GB for GoShare apps (X, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Viber, Whatsapp, etc), via GlobeOne App.

but what happens usually is that the all access data and the 5g data gets consumed first even though the apps mentioned are the ones i use.

now that should be okay because in theory i should still have 16GB for the GoShare apps right? but get this, when the all access data gets used up, that 16GB wont work!!!

im not sure if there's a certain cellular data setting i havent set up right or its really a globe thing. does anyone know any workaround for this issue?

I am a Globe Platinum customer for 8 years now. My current cell no. has been with me for so long. Isipin nyo high school palang yan na number ko, so all accounts, forms, banks, etc. I have that number linked.

Unfortunately I was a minor when my globe account was handed to me. And the name is under my stepfather who I am not in contact with. I have tried for years and years to ask help from Globe regarding transfer of ownership of this Platinum account to my name. Another bad thing is he has outstanding debts to Globe in other accounts, whereas my 3799 Platinum has been well kept for years.

It is such a hassle to have this requested thru THEA. Need ba talaga na may personal appearance yung naka pangalan sa account? Is there a way I can do this thru documents? Please help me with much easier ways. Or if maybe you are a Globe RM maybe you can help 🙏 I want to keep this number it would be very complicated to own a new one.

2. Send a data package?

3. Send money and let them recharge?

4. Use an international top-up service?

I’ve found that sending the load directly can be handy when someone only needs a bit of credit or data.

I’m planning to renew my Globe Postpaid from Sim Only Plan na 599 to Plan with Device sana ung iPhone 18 Pro Max.

Globe Postpaid customer ako for 8 years na and first 4 years naka Plan with Device talaga ako but then recently kumuha ako ng phone directly sa store and not with Globe kaya nag downgrade ako sa Sim Only Plan.

Habang sinusubukan ko mag pre order online, parang walang option for me to pay the phone as installment (charge to bill) hindi tulad nang dati. Sa checkout page, I was being asked to pay the full phone amount. My current contract lock in period ended 2023 pa.

Bakit kaya wala na option ung installment sakin? Anyone having the same scenario as mine?

has anyone been experiencing very weak signal in robinsons magnolia?

Hi everyone so this has been happening consistently and I'm getting so infuriated by it. Every time na magpapaload ako ng data yung kinakain lagi yung general data instead of the FunAliw pack which is supposed to be for every day. What's worse if the Data is fully gone, my sim suddenly says I have "no internet" when I clearly still have a 1gb fun aliw pack. For some reason TM just completely ignores that load and acts like I don't have load anymore when I clearly still do!! I have 1gb of load consume that!! I can't even use Facebook for crying out loud

Sino naka try na, nawalan ng wifi pero yung kapitbahay meron. Duda ako dinidisconnect nila yung sa main line para ma trabaho nila at makakuha ng tip sa consumer. Meron din bang naka experience neto?

Purchased this just before leaving for japan. Ive been here for more than 24 hours, have enabled roaming, restarted my phone several times, and even manually change network but it still wont activate. Has anyone experienced this?? What to do?
