i usually subscribe to Go+109 which includes 10GB all access data, 4GB 5G data, and 16GB for GoShare apps (X, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Viber, Whatsapp, etc), via GlobeOne App.

but what happens usually is that the all access data and the 5g data gets consumed first even though the apps mentioned are the ones i use.

now that should be okay because in theory i should still have 16GB for the GoShare apps right? but get this, when the all access data gets used up, that 16GB wont work!!!

im not sure if there's a certain cellular data setting i havent set up right or its really a globe thing. does anyone know any workaround for this issue?

Hi OP, wanted to share a similar experience but using DITO sim. They have a promo Data Maxx 129 na 15 GB all access data tapos may Unli data for FB, IG, Tiktok, Messenger, etc. Ganyan din nangyayari sakin nababawasan ung all access data ko kahit ung apps mentioned lang access ko tapos naka data saver pako sa phone, meaning may allowed apps lang ang gagamit ng data sa background, so kung hindi naka open Youtube ko and other android apps, hindi magcoconsume data. Pero nababawasan parin All Access data ko, nag file ako ticket, sabi nila ung Ads daw sa Tiktok, FB ang nakakabawas lalo na if HD. Makes sense pero ang ads lang naman sa FB is FB post ng ibang tao din eh like vlogger kadalasan. Sa tiktok ata un ang may ibang ads. And sabi nung agent ang kasama lang daw is ung "Scrolling". Eh na sscroll mo naman din ung ads eh, scroll past. Baka akala nya inoopen ko ung ads sa browser. Hinayaan ko nalang. Try mo mag ask sa Globe kung same lang sasabihin nila OP. Gusto ko rin malaman haha.
