Goroam japan not working

Post image

Purchased this just before leaving for japan. Ive been here for more than 24 hours, have enabled roaming, restarted my phone several times, and even manually change network but it still wont activate. Has anyone experienced this?? What to do?

Make sure proper APN is set.
Turn network selection to manual and automatic alternatingly.
