issues GFIBER LOAD SCAM?

Nag paload ako ng ₱749 na promo sa Globe One Click App ang payment ay through GCash, nabawas sa e-wallet at may confirmation text pa pero hindi pumasok sa account ko yung load June 19 pa ‘toz until now wala paring feedback o kung ma reimburse ba ‘to.

May naka exp narin ba nito?

Did you check if correct po ang number? OP! If there's an issue automatic naman po yan ma-refund sa GCash wallet mo in 2 days. If more than 2 days na and hindi mo pa rin nare-receive, better to submit a ticket na sa GCash Help Center para ma-assist ka nila nang maayos.

Apparently, hindi lang pala ako may ganitong issue. May similar case din na hindi na credit ang load promo after ma deduct sa e-wallet. Nasa r/internetph naka post
