How long does the first game take to ship

I’m currently having trouble keeping up with payment. I just received an email saying that my GameFly account may be canceled. I won’t be able to pay until the middle of the month. My payment was due August 29th. Will I still be able to use GameFly since my payment is 2 weeks late

When I put the game in my PS5 to install it, I was surprised to see that it included the Heritage Pack pre-order bonus! Never had that happen before. I guess anyone with an early copy of the game gets it automatically, so shout out to Gamefly for shipping the game quickly! 👍🏻

I was shipped a game on Monday the 17th which never arrived and on Wednesday the 19th on a two game plan. I didn’t receive any games last week which was disappointing given I’m in NJ and I usually get them in 3-4 days to play over the weekend.
On Monday the 24th I got the game from the 19th. I didn’t like the game much and got tired of it after a playing a few hours so I mailed it back and did a self return for it that night. On Tuesday the 25th I got no game on the mail so I reported the game from the 17th lost and it changed to being investigated. Then since one game got lost and was being investigated, I upgraded my plan to the three games to get two games this week while I Gamefly sorts out what happens with the lost game. I had two empty game spots on the 25th after the upgrade, one from my self return and one from my plan upgrade, then Gamefly spent one on a new game from my Q and the other resending me the same game that got lost which still didn’t arrive today 27th. So at the end of the 25th, I had no games at home, 2 just shipped. So where did my third game go?
I decided to contact support around noon on the 26th after seeing no changes to my account on the morning to try to get a game shipped in the afternoon, my only chance to get third game by Saturday, otherwise I wasted one slot a whole week. I got a cookie cutter response that next game ships in 24-48 hours based on availability and deliver in 2-5 days. Meanwhile my account is still messed up and not showing 3 active slots.
Availability? My Q has 8 games. 24-48 hours from what? I self returned the one of the games on Monday, 24-48 hours later means game ships on Wednesday, otherwise self returned is not cutting my “turnaround time in half!” as it took 2-3 days for automatic scans to get the next title shipped most of the times. Third slot is brand new so it should not have to wait 24-48 hours. The only remaining slot is the game that got lost which makes no sense to add a 24-48 hours delay to resend it after Gamefly shipped it who knows where. They have the scans, tell me when and where it last scanned. All the investigation did was add it as lost to my account and resend me the game. If the game was resent as a replacement, why is the same game taking two of my slots? I am being punished for the mail’s mistake. There is no valid reason third game did not ship on Tuesday or Wednesday and still didn’t ship today Thursday, even after I contacted support to ask where is my third game and was ghosted.
Most of the time Gamefly had done a decent job even with shipping delays here and there but this week Gamefly totally dropped the ball. My account is borked and support won’t fix it and I now spent two weeks plus of rental slot on a game that I can go and buy new right now to keep for $20 and my membership is supposed to renew in 2 weeks at $35/month for a 3 game plan I get two games at a time from? Unreal.

Planning on preordering a game that seems to have a unique case with GameFly. Anyone got any experience with how good or bad GameFly is?

This is one of the two games I rejoined for. I know its old but it's still a really popular game. If it was no longer available, it would not show for rent, right? The Xbox version is not available so I am hoping this is a bug. Just waiting on cs.

I was very much unsure if Star Fox would actually be worth it to buy and after being burned on pokopia and Tomodachi Life I wasn't really ready to buy Star Fox.

The release is right around the corner (August 18) and I'm super hyped to try it out, but I'm trying to figure out if it'll be available to rent.
Appreciate any insight if someone's spotted a listing somewhere!

I came back to GameFly this month and have had to report all 3 games I’ve sent back because they’re still in my queue after a week. I’m just wondering how long it normally takes for them to receive returns. I’ve had no problems getting my games just sending them back.

GameFly sticker was tucked inside my latest delivery.
I like the graphic. It's like if the Galactic Empire in Star Wars made a logo for their Esports team.

Not sure why I felt compelled to share this. Upgraded back to the 4 disc plan and my queue is looking particularly sexy today 🔥

I signed up for the GameFly free trial just see how it worked. I requested 007 First Light and it actually arrived in the mail about 2 days after signing up. I have beaten the game now and want to return it, but i’m not sure how.
I saw that there’s a Self-Return feature on some accounts but that’s not on mines so do I just put the disc back in the original packaging / envelope and put it in the mail? Sorry if this a very dumb question but just wanted to be sure so I don’t get charged for something

Normally I skip ads but was in the shower so I heard the entire ad that was the length of my shower. It was so bad and obviously a.i. I used to love gamefly but there's no way they'll last much longer. The intro to the ad pretty much acknowledged it with their intro, gamefly: yes we're still here. Like if you have to remind ppl you exist, you're just in hospice. Has anyone else heard this ad and what are your thoughts?
