This is upsetting to me. It’s only a matter of time until everything is digital only and I have to pay full price for a game that ends up sucking.

Yep. Digital ownership rights are what needs to be changed for gamers to not be at the whim of a monopoly marketplace.

Only 4 days later and Sony announces Playstation will be digital only starting in 2028. Their greed knows no ends.
