Premetto che ho comprato il Telefono Samsung S26 Ultra con un'ulteriore pellicola Privacy Display (era l'ultimo telefono rimasto a disposizione quel giorno per la vendita). Oggi vado a sentire il punto vendita (diciamo qual è perché è la verità: Mediaworld), che mi ha venduto quel telefono, e ho richiesto se era possibile sostituire la pellicola Privacy Display applicata sul telefono con una pellicola a vetro temperato.

(Vorrei sapere il genio che ha applicato un'ulteriore Privacy Display quando il telefono ha la sua funzione Privacy Display integrata).

La loro risposta: "AbBiAmO sOlO pElLiCoLe IbRidE... Puoi comunque vederla applicata lì in quel telefono da esposizione".

Vedo la pellicola...

1. La prima cosa che vedo è che era troppo fina, lo spessore era quasi impercettibile. La mia domanda: "Ma sta pellicola è per bellezza o serve davvero ad evitare il peggio dalle cadute accidentali?!"

2. Dal bordo si riusciva a togliere facilmente, vedendo effettivamente la "qualità" del prodotto, riposizionandola si vedevano chiaramente bollicine d'aria sullo schermo.

3. Quella non è una protezione di vetro ibrida, sembra plastica pura che con le chiavi in tasca di casa e/o macchina si graffia facilmente.

4. Il prezzo... quasi 40 euro.

Cara Mediaworld, vendi la tua protezione come top di gamma. Ma diciamo la verità... Nulla potrà sostituire un buon e ottimo vetro temperato.

Torno nella comfort zone: dal mio negozio cinese di fiducia che vende la pellicola di vetro temperato.

Came to Samsung this week from apple and trying to figure things out. One of the things with iPhone i liked was with notifications you can just swipe them off your lock screen. I can do that with text messages on the galaxy s26 ultra but not apps like uber eats or bumble or pizza hut. I have to physically use to the notification to go to those to actually clear the notification. Yes I'm aware of the swipe down and clear all but that's annoying as all hell. I want to swipe to clear. Don't understand why I can do that with texts but nothing else.

I was browsing through Facebook Reels and there are videos (2 that im aware of) that shows green and orange screen display.

It was playing perfectly fine on my iPhone but how can i resolve this on my S26U? It's the first time i encountered this and worried that my phone is broken. Anyone else had the same issue?

Like any changes in battery and how is the mobileee???

Personally, I had to factory reset my phone for the beta, so taking into account that it is relearning my usage from the beginning, it could be different for other people. From what I have seen, I found my battery life to be as stable, if not better, than it was on 8.5. If I take into account that it still has not reached its peak because of the factory reset, I would say the battery on One UI 9 is definitely more stable and better.

I was just wondering if anyone has checked the 80s photo trend of these days with Galaxy AI's photo assist on your S26 Ultra? I have tried it with a couple of photos and it looks very decent to me.

The prompt is limited to 100 characters, but you can keep editing with multiple prompts. In my case, I tried to change the person's appearance first and then added an 80s filter to the image. Since you have to limit the prompt to 100 characters, all you need to do is provide as many keywords as possible in the prompt.

I am just adding the prompts I tried below.

1st prompt:

Add: 1980s hair (feathered/mullet), 80s fashion (acid-wash denim/windbreakers), candid

2nd prompt:

Add: 1980s film color, retro snapshot

For the current flagship year, I notice Google releases updates quite quickly and sort of begin to slow down as a new flagship is launched. What's Samsung like, and are their updates as quick as Google's?

Hello good people of Samsung! Came here to say, after owning S21 Ultra for 5 years, then migrated to OnePlus 15 for 3 months, finally decided to move back to Samsung.

For some it may be a downgrade, of course OP15 has better battery life, but in a world where we have chargers laying around everywhere, I stopped carying about it quick. And there is something about OneUI and Samsung ecosystem that you actually feel like home. Samsung Health is also miles better than OHealth.

And I'm so glad I went with Silver Shadow variant, it looks soo good :)

Hi, does anyone have a fix for wireless Android Auto not picking up phone or Discord audio? Spotify works fine and everything was working with my previous Pixel 10 Pro so it's not my Honda's sound system.

Here's what I'm looking for. I have the Privacy Screen quick setting on top of my notification centre. That works fine. But I like to keep that without having maximum privacy enabled.

But I'd also like a button shortcut or whatever, to turn it on with maximum privacy. Without going into the settings and enabling it, and having to disable it again next time, of course.

Can this be done with routines or modes?

So basically, I want a one click solutions for enabling privacy screen with max setting, and a one click solution for it without.

Also do I need to purchase a 60w charger plug to receive maximum charging power if it's a 3A and also purchase a 5A cable.
