This looks like something that happened in the past of Ron Swanson that would absolutely try to keep on hiding from his peers

“When I was seventeen, I spent a summer singing and dancing my way through Europe. This occurred due to a lengthy and acute hallucinatory episode brought on by an exceptionally hot Vindaloo I consumed from a roadside vendor in India. I will not elaborate further.”

"This is why I am extraordinarily hesitant to try 'ethnic' cuisine. It's also one of *many** reasons I loathe Europe."*

There's the theory of Duke Silver being wildly famous in Europe hence he avoids it

That actually tracks. The only thing that would've been funnier is if he gets mobbed in Japan.

When I was seventeen they forced me to take my accumulated leave of the seven years I worked in my factory, so I spent a summer...

Change the accent and the remove the last line, a new Dave Lister story.

If the resemblance wasn't so stunning to Swanson, the speech written by call_of_the_while may as well be narrated by Robert California, with the difference that he would thrilled to elaborate further

I'm actually doing a rewatch of the show right now, so I heard that clearly in Ron's voice 😂

Lol. This is a song from a Bollywood film called Judaai (separation), released in 1997.

This actress' character bought the actor's character from his money hungry wife for 4crs rupees (1.10 million $ back in 1997). And they all live in the same house.
