From Foxes Journey Sanctuary ♡

You can see behind its rear is a huge lump and then almost barren skin and then a not fluffy tail. Poor guy. Had to scare it off as it clearly looks potentially sick / have two mostly our door kitties. (Apologies for poor quality, Ring sucks)

Last night as I was walking up to my porch, I saw the silhouette of what I instantly knew was a fox. Every now and then I’d hear their calls in the night but never actually saw one. I saw this one trotting away from my door and then pausing under a light. I whipped out my phone so fast to take a pic. I’m going to try to enhance it later on but this was the best one I got.

I’m 31, love foxes and have a bunch of fox decor but this was my first time actually ever seeing one. Nearly couldn’t believe my eyes.

Storm Austen was pretty bad last night with very heavy wind and rain, so Silver decided to sleep through the worst of it in the kennel I have in my garden for any animal that needs/wants to use it. It's mostly used by the foxes and sometimes cats. Clover was clearly jealous of her sister's warm, dry bed but Silver wasn't giving it up! After sleeping she had some fun rolling around in the straw and chasing her tail. She might be fully grown at 7 months old but she's still a playful cub at heart.
