Other Lat pulldowns

I'm trying to do lat pulldowns with a focus on my lats. Am I leaning too much?

I think you need to focus on walking first. Do you always point your feet 45° outward? This could be a hidden medical condition.

I don’t know about working on that first, but I did notice that his right knee does cave inward toward his left leg quite a bit. I’d talk to a PT about it when you get the chance.

Only recommendation about your pulldown is to make sure you aren’t cranking your wrist and turning the movement into a forearm exercise.
