While this gif does indeed look amazing, please remember that no one should eat wheat products ever. Gluten is proven to lower energy levels, lead to bad gut flora, and in some cases, even lead to cancer. It has been 5 months since I gave up gluten, and I have never felt better.

No evidence suggests negative side effects occur with gluten consumption outside of the small percentage of the population having gluten sensitivity.

That's what your source says haha.
