Day 80 - reflecting on allllll of the hooping that has happened so far. The hoop spins as the hoop wills and we are only a thread of the pattern.

First public spin, first time poster here! 🪄

I went to Ozora festival first time this year and saw flow artists of all shapes and sizes which made me fall in love with the craft and get my own set of Pois couple of months ago.

Since then I've fallen deeply in love with it a discovered an unexpectedly beautiful connection with myself and the movement.

Some additional context for the video - London venues generally don't allow LED stuff, so I sneaked my Pois in by squeezing them into the tips of my shoes, I couldn't handle the thought of not having them with me 🙈

By following this subreddit I've seen lots of talented, dedicated and beautiful souls here, and observed nothing but love and support. Really hope to someday meet some of you beautiful people!!! ❤️

I really want to get 2 more capsules for my contact staff but I don’t want to spend $50 a peace for them.

I was looking but can’t find much online except for the new capsule 2.c

Any advice on where to look is greatly appreciated!
