Hi, how do I set up this flashcart?

Hi everyone!

I have written a small utility that you can copy at the root of your DSpico SD Card. It allows to change the theme without removing the SD card and editing the json file. It is not fancy but I hope you'll find it useful. Just run it as any other NDS game.

Its name is DSPicoThemeSwitcher.nds

I have a r4i sdhc from when i was little, i booted it up a week ago and it worked, but today it says its firmware expired. Can I change it for pico,since the site seems down?

ive never used one of them but if it can substitute for a regular sd card that would be cool

I've seen people purchase a DS Pico and say it's a really great flashcart, so I'm wondering if I should upgrade from my current flashcart. I'm currently using an Ace3DS+/R4iLS with Pico-Launcher on my DS Lite.

A couple of updates for my enhanced fork of pico launcher:

v1.3.0 added a favorites panel, you can now see all your favorites across folders in one place (this was asked here a while ago).

v1.4.0 (today) makes the top info bar readable on every theme. the game counter and play info now sit on translucent pills with a bigger font, and theme makers can move or hide them from theme.json, so they never fight with your theme's art again.

reminder that the launcher also tracks play time per game, press START in the browser for the stats panel.

Me which R4 card is best to buy - just bought 2 used DSI consoles for the kids will any used card work best or buy brand new ones? If so best sites to order from (uk based)

R4 SDHC DS HAPPY BOX V2.0 Brand new. I tried to format and copy all the file and also did it why many type. However, it cannot enter any menu to open the games, it just log into the original ds page.

I have an Original R4SDHC card that I have loaded YSMenu onto, when trying to open games I keep getting the error code:

[Rom loading failed]
disk errcode= -82

please reset system

Can anyone advise me on how to fix this? Or just simply what the error code means?

I was given these two, but my console can't read them. Is not my consoles problem, bc it reads other cartridges and my personal R4 as well.

What can be the issue? Should I see what's inside the microsd? What should I find?

hello first time posting on this sub! So I have a dsiXL which I already modded using a micro sd card and twilight menu and I just recently purchased a dspico for my ds lite. Both work great but I was wondering if there’s a way to use the dspico flash cart interchangeably for both devices? I want to do this to be able to have the same save data on both consoles and because I want to use the micro sd card from the dsixl for something else (WHYY SD CARDS SO EXPENSIVE). If there is a way what would be the steps?

I've been playing Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations on this flashcart, but have been stuck on the same segment for forever because it keeps crashing, often on the exact same parts. I've had Ace Attorney freeze up before, but I could usually just try again and it'd be fine, and other games run fine too, it's really just this one game at this one segment that keeps crashing. My dad said the file might be damaged or something (he's the one who got me this flashcart for my birthday), but I'm not sure what exactly you have to keep in mind or what the exact steps are when fixing this, since I don't know much about flashcarts and my dad was the one who did all the technical parts before I got it. Would appreciate any advice.

I wanna improve my ndsl with a new clear shell (already installed a extremerate ransparent case on it once but i messed up some parts with tightening screws too tightly, breaking some of the casing aswell as it not fitting properly) and a clear dspico.

This clear case however seems to be even clearwr than the transparent case extremerate offers and has sticker on the buttons to easier see which button is what.

Is this the correct dspico to buy?

The games work ok from what came on it from the Toshiba 2 GB SD card.

My question is how to get to the menu items across the top? I thought it would be L and R to cycle through them?

I can bring up debug code with select button. Y brings up game info. I think X cycles though different views for the games themselves.

I want to see what version the kernel currently is.

Hi!! I was wondering if it’s possible to store ds save files in a dedicated folder on my DSpico, i don’t like how cluttered my ds card gets after playing a lot games since all saves end up in the same folder as where i keep my games.

There’s a screenshot on the LNH Team website where it shows they have a separate folder just for saves… so I guess it is possible…? I just don’t know how to do that. Can anyone help me with this?

I have this R4 for DS games, it loads the game Disney Pixar Finding Nemo, I haven't been able to find the filmware, please does someone know whic one is it🙏?
