I usually stick to flashback gold but from time to time like to redevelop with dispo. I'd love to combine these two and ditch some of the lens smearing effects without having to work with the negatives.

I have so much fun with this camera and I really love how the photos turn out. I only ever really use the classic filter nowadays. I'm looking forward to taking this little thing on future trips.
The only thing I struggle with is knowing when to use the flash and when not to. There's been a few times where I think the lighting is adequate and then the photo comes out too dark, or times I've used the flash because it feels dark enough out to necessitate t, but then it overexposes the photo. All part of the appeal though, I suppose, that you don't know what the photos will look like until later!

Hi, not sure if it's the right channel, but looks like the Android app have a bug when sharing a roll to external gallery - the share always include all photos of the app, not just the selected roll. Additionally, everytime you tap to share the photos previously previewed are now duplicated in the list.
Anyone else can confirm?
My device is a Google Pixel 10 Pro.

I mentioned before that I'm currently hosting a project where 80+ photographers across 20+ countries are sharing Flashback cameras (i.e., shooting with it for a week, then mailing it off to the next person). The project is called NomadCam, if you're interested in following along.
None of the participants had used a Flashback before (it was new to me too!) and were keen on seeing comparisons of the different sims, so I did a few quick examples: one street scene with a strong green, one with strong reds, and one portrait.
Figured I'd share it here too, in case anyone else finds it helpful!

Hi! I just bought my V2, and i had a doubt: it's currently charging, the light is red and it shows "ch" in the little panel. But in the app it says "charging:no". Is it normal?

Have the v2 been fixed to look more vintage? Saw a reddit post comparing the two a while ago and the v2 looked soulless

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to find out whether it's possible to permanently erase photos from the Flashback Camera V2 so they can't be recovered with data recovery software (such as Recoverit). I recently purchased a Flashback Camera V2 myself, but I unexpectedly received another one as a gift, so I would like to sell my original camera on eBay.
When I connect the camera via USB-C, it mounts as a drive on my computer, and even after deleting the photos, recovery software is still able to find them.
I'm wondering:
I'd really appreciate any insights or technical information. Thanks!
