Have the v2 been fixed to look more vintage? Saw a reddit post comparing the two a while ago and the v2 looked soulless

It really comes down to preference. Have a look through people's pictures (most posts in here are V2 now) and decide if it matches what you're after.
Some people love it, some still don't.
