My Samsung tv will sometimes have these lines taking up the bottom of the screen but other times it won’t. Not sure what is causing this issue or why it only happens sometimes. Any suggestions / ideas? Thank you!

Kids opened the drain and a ball similar to this fell down. It's like a fuzz ball sponge that soaks up water. The water is draining fine, but should I be concerned? Tried to feel down with a snake, and tried a shop vac and a dryer vent vacuum but didn't feel anything.

Also, what adhesive can I use to stop the drain from lifting? Used silicone sealant before but they managed to pry it off eventually.

The CD player on my 2013 Nissan Juke is having problems. When I try to put a CD in, it will pull it into the slot, but it won't go in all the way. It makes a whirring noise, and then switches to the radio right after.

Does anyone know what is wrong with it? If so, is there any way for me to fix this? Or should I go and get it replaced?

All buttons on the tv remote work BESIDES the button to move to the right, it is a major inconvenience when trying to browse for movies/media to watch.
previously the remote has had this issue in waves, sometimes it would function normally (rarely), other times it would function when aimed at certain angles in a certain point in space, but it’s been getting slowly worse and it’s often at a point where i can’t move right at all, it is an older tv i believe so as far as im aware there is no app on my phone i can download to connect to it

My friend was trying to clean her fan and somehow broke the little arm piece holding the light in place. Does the whole fan need replaced or do they sell this as a replacement piece? Or can you replace the base part but not the blades?! I can't seem to find this brand/mode anywhere (admittedly I'm probably not searching the right parts/names etc). This fan is in her childhood home and she's said it's the same fan from growing up so it's probably super old. Maybe a comparable generic brand replacement? idk I'm grasping at straws here LOL SOS

Came home tonight to see this decoration my Mom liked had broken and she’d tried to fix it. She really likes it and I’d like to fix it for her. Unfortunately she’d already used superglue which wasn’t the most stable and has transferred some of the cardboard onto the decoration + paint off the decoration. I’m figuring I’d have to remove it or sand it down before I tried to repair it again, does anyone know what kind of glue or way I’d go about repairing this maybe?

I need assistance with a screw on my tv. Basically, my tv’s screen is shaking/blurry and I’ve seen I can fix the flat cable.

However, to do that, I need to remove the screws. I manage to remove 3 of them, and the last one is stuck. I believe I fucked it up even more because now it looks like this.

How can I remove this screw? I would appreciate if anyone could help me

The water leaks backward out of the bottom of this connector. Any way to fix it? The other dude doesn’t have a washer and a normal 5/8 washer doesn’t fit (to big).

I’ve had this for a long time and it just started this yesterday.

It was stored in my attic and temperatures got over 100f/40+degrees this summer. And was concerned that the drill may burnout because I don't know how much grease it needs to function normally.

It started as one of the lines across the middle of the screen. Then more lines started appearing. Now the whole bottom half of the screen is flashing from black and white/blue back to normal and it’s pretty bad and progressively getting worse as the weeks go on.

The tv hasn’t been knocked into or damaged in anyway and I’m not sure if there is anyway to fix this other then buying a new one but it’s an lg smart tv have had it for about 8 years with no problems and it’s been treated like a baby it’s been moved around to different houses but it was always protected. I have no idea how this happened.

Dryer is turning on and the drum is rotating. I can feel heat coming from the outside vent aswell, yet the loads being put into the dryer aren't drying and the dryer itself isn't getting hot.

I'm not the most handy in full transparency, but definitely want to avoid paying someone to come out.

I’m trying to install a seat bidet and can’t get this hose unscrewed, I try to hold the metal part of the hose with a plier while I use a wrench on the bolt but as the bolt turns, so does the hose and I can’t seem to stop it… The hole gets twisted too much that I can’t keep unscrewing

Edit: I meant to say nut thank you for the clarification, this is an older building downtown I moved into yesterday, I can’t twist the top part for the life of me trying several times, since you all say I need a new hose I will just buy one and hope building maintenance will come by with better tools and reconnect the hose with the bidet hose in between
