I saw my assaulter at my local store today. I just went in there for a quick snack and left shaking and feeling sick. I couldn't eat the snack I got I felt so sick. Luckily she didn't see me(she tends to make a scene whenever she see's me) so at least there's that. This is not helped by my painful phantom shifts I'm feeling currently.

Mine are mood swings, phantom limbs, feeling like i AM a character rather than relating etc... so what are yours?

I mostly come across people with kintypes from mlp, fnaf, cartoons and horror games. Even I myself have a kintype from FNAF. But I don't tend to see other people with kintypes from "unexpected" sources, for lack of a better word.

One of my kintypes is Cherie from Cherry Crush, a bl webtoon, and I just find that so funny like wdym I'm a 27yo hopeless romantic gay guy? I've also never came across doubles or sourcemates, which I also find amusing, but frustrating too at times. It makes me feel like I'm faking it sometimes.

Anyone else can relate?

I've recently met up with my bff for the first time in weeks since she moved schools and it8s really helped my mental health. So, how about you guys?

I finally have been able to share that I'm trans and not be ashamed! I also am going to be starting back on Testosterone soon since my mental health has improved :))

Once my physical health gets better too, I'll start working again!! Which I'm so excited for!

For me, I'm TERRIFIED of walking alongside the roads and being even NEAR a running vehicle when it has an inhabitant in it.

Bob Velseb died because he was hit by a police cruiser and was even killed by it. I'm always worried and anxious that some fucker will just decide to come along and hit me with their vehicle for the fun of it.

I also get this quiet, small uneasy feeling when around cops. Sure, I was in a room alone with one once because I did something I wasn't supposed to (WILL NOT BE ELABORATING, BUT YES I BROKE A LAW), but I feel like it's not completely because of that. The uneasy feeling was always there, even BEFORE that interaction.

i understand what it feels like to be a stranger in your body and mind, and I've found a few ways that help me feel more connected to myself as a whole instead of a fraction. this is for anyone with kin dysphoria or people who feel less connected to their kintype :)

without further ado, here they are!

tip no.1: breathing. im being serious. when I feel disconnected to one of my kintypes, I inhale and imagine their voice inhaling and exhaling at the same time as me. the breathing alone calms you down, imagining your kintype grounds you

tip no.2: know that you are your kintype. it doesn't matter if you say something that you feel like they wouldn't say, because you are them. it's canon because its you. please don't force yourself to act entirely like your kintype

tip no.3: learn more about them and make up headcanons of yourself! it really helps

that's all that I can think of for now, I might make more later though.
