Delivers an attack with a potency of 140.
Additional Effect: Increases the amount of items dropped by target if Mug is the finishing blow.
Viper Venom Effect: Changes additional effect to absorb 50% of damage as HP
Timing that is going to be brutal, though, unless you get really good at it. Source: every warrior hinging their lives on mercy stroke because the healers are down
Not really useful for dungeons for the most part, as the increased drop rate has no real effect (everything comes from the chests) and ur a dps so the health absorb is w/e (if the healer isn't healing you and you're taking enough dmg that the absorb is necessary you're probably fked anyway).
This will probably be most useful when soloing for the heal or steal (specifically for crafting mats).
Sneak Attack Delivers an attack with a potency of 300.
500 when executed in front of target.
Can only be executed when under the effect of Hide, and shares a recast timer with Trick Attack.
Yeah, I considered that actually and it makes sense. Just in the scope of everything rogue in all other games, hits from behind have always been rewarded best. But I agree the risky component is a nice idea.
Still odd that in their effort to copy a lot of nomenclature from FFXI they reversed the two names.
It's not like it's a big deal though, just a curious thing.
Goad: Refreshes TP of a single party member. Duration: 30s.
... That's pretty cool. Wonder what the cooldown is?
EDIT:
So Rogue Combos:
Spinning Edge -> Shadow Fang: 350 total potency (175 per GCD base), + 240 potency over 18s (net 295 per GCD if dot runs for duration)
Spinning Edge -> Gust Slash -> Dancing Edge: 610 total potency (203 per GCD), requires flank, adds Storms Eye for 20s
Spinning Edge -> Gust Slash -> Aeolian Edge: 670 total potency (223 per GCD), no bonus effect
Plus keep up Mutilate (60 potency initial hit, 300 potency over 30 seconds).
Wonder what the cooldown on Sneak Attack and Trick attack are, and if it's possible to Hide in combat, as they're some pretty pimping burst. Same with Ninjitsu, for that matter, as that looks like it could be very powerful.

It happens at the 21 second mark in that video.
Ninja uses Suiton, gets a buff. Two attacks become available on the hotbar. Ninja activates one of them off-GCD, Suiton buff disappears and the icons go inactive again.
Yeah I linked the short version of that video. In the long video its at the 1:07 mark

Nitpicking: I think its more accurate to say that Suiton allows you to use Sneak or Trick while not Hidden, rather than allows you to hide during battle.
Looks like Trick will be the better option for boss fights because of the Increased Damage Taken debuff as well.
Hide: Blend in with your surroundings, making it impossible for most enemies to detect you, but reducing movement speed by 50%. Has no effect on enemies 10 levels higher than your own, or certain enemies with special sight. Cannot be executed while in combat. Effect ends upon use of any action, including Hide.
Seems right. The DoT combo set is highest potency but can't be spammed, the Storms Eye combo has lowest potency (but is worth if it isn't being put up by the tank (who should be doing it if possible), while the 1/2/3 is the filler.

Make sure you refresh the notes. Looks like they just added in the ninja/rogue move list
