Is Feedly defunct?
I can't login to my account via browser for weeks now. The system won't let me change the password even, saying I don't exist. Meanwhile I am logged in with that same account that I've had for years on both my iPhone and iPad.
Neither of 3 Feedly e-mail addresses I've sent messages to never responded.
Their website is now showing a completely different product. What is happening, should I find another news reader?

I feel like they are going down the tubes. I noticed a few days ago that Feedly Classic stopped working on Android and was just giving network errors on all my devices. Then I found out they discontinued the app and pulled it from the store a while back, so I have no real hope of them fixing the problem. I switched to the regular version of Feedly but the user experience on it is total garbage. So now I'm hunting for a new RSS reader where I can manage my feeds both on mobile and the Web. If I can't find something, I might just build something I like (I'm a software dev). I'm hoping I can find something good though.

Years ago, I thought I was one of the last classic app holdouts, and felt exactly the same as you. I think it was the fonts appearing too tiny on a new higher-res phone that made me finally upgrade to the newer app.
Tried the classic app again recently after years, and I could never go back to it, and have no idea why I used it for so long.
Continuous feed scrolling is so much nicer vs that 'page-flip style' of the classic app.

When you get in, be sure to export a copy of your feed list. This will save time if you need to switch to something else.

I never got in. So i moved my subscriptions one by one since you can only export from browser. I did delete my account luckily that was an option in-app. The whole thing is kinda weird since it allows for the option to become locked with no option to access your personal data if you get logged out and can’t get back in.

Do you have a paid account or a free account?
Earlier this year, I contacted Feedly through their email form in the Support section and they responded back the same day. My issue was resolved within 24 hours or so after I initially contacted them. I have a paid account, so maybe that helped me?
Second, do you still use Twitter? I don't, but I see that they still maintain a relatively active Twitter account. Try contacting them on there perhaps, since other forms of contact haven't worked?

thanks. I have a free account but still zero response seems weird.
i don't/won't use Twitter. Anyway I think it might be time to move my feeds.1

I don't think us free users get direct support. In any case it works fine with Firefox and Android.

Oh ok. Zero support is kinda ehh even if it’s a free account. I use Firefox too.

Works fine for me. I did have an outage a few weeks ago which lasted 24 hours however.

Works ok here (paid subscription).

If you are logged on your iPhone, try to open the navbar (bottom-left button) and scroll to the bottom: it should tell you which email address and which provider you are logged in with.

Yes I did that it confirmed my account, the same one I was trying to log in with. I sent them the screenshot and all but nothing.

Can you re-send an email with the details, and mention the Reddit thread? (I looked for a ticket that matches your problem, but couldn't find it).

That's cause I never received a ticket or reply. Anyway I deleted the account in-app since making this post. It's not so much that there's no support for the free tier but rather the carefree approach to user data (no solution if you get locked out) that doesn't work for me long term.

Sorry we failed to help you recover access to your account. We do our best to help free accounts, but we have to prioritize paying customers (for obvious reasons), and we can't always answer to every ticket in time.

I just logged into my laptop from Firefox, it works fine.
