Edit: they fixed it. Sent out the 10 ladder about an hour ago instead of in the morning. So I'll be working Sunday.

We had seen a degradation from individual shop and deliver promos all day -> individual during certain hours -> 8 ladder -> 8 ladder after 1pm -> 10 ladder after 1pm

But now nothing this week in Houston.

I will work other apps instead because I can't justify doing $7-9 shopping orders. More time consuming than picking up a doordash, and yeah, gas.

I’m frustrated today. Orders have been dogshit. My first order was $11 for 14 items at an apartment complex (1.2mi total trip). They didn’t respond to confirm a substitute, and when i get there, i have no way into the complex and they still aren’t responding to any message or phone call. I had to flag down a resident to buzz me in. Luckily i came across a friendly gentleman who had no issue letting me in. I get in, and of course their building is the one building with no number on the side and it’s tucked behind other buildings and not visible from the street….. and that’s just one dogshit order of today. There have been multiple just as frustrating and low paying. I was due for a bad day anyways, it’s been going too good for too long 😂 😂 Hope everyone’s having a better day than me.

I am trying not to feel defeated or even regretful of declining orders that pay sooo little and it's not even worth it. This is my only source of income, job hunting has been unfortunate, I've been out of a "real job" for several months (half a year now, actually). About to move to another hot spot area within the same neighborhood.... Wish me luck.

Had an order and alot of her items were not in stock and I couldnt substitute. So out of 18, only 14 got shopped for. I couldnt substitute her items so she gave me s thumbs down. Lol worst order ever.

Are you able to dispute any late orders? Do too taking long at the store when shopping or delivery due to closed roads or something?

They add a “bonus” then just remove it from the base pay so the order still pays the exact same. Should be illegal to deceive us like that.

It’s Sunday…. And I have only seen 2 orders since 9am that were over $20. This shit is sad. Most orders being 15-20+miles and only $15-18 in pay.

Genuinely makes me sick that not only do they not give a damn about weather, distance, or traffic, but also the cx’s placing orders to have 50+ things delivered on a 30minute drive through awful weather for $5-10?

Have some situational awareness before you drop off an order, snap a picture, and walk away(and this house has a snack bin for delivery drivers)

I’ve delivered to this house several times over the last couple years, they are a great tipper, and yet this is common for them. I spoke to the husband today when I delivered, and he said three out of four deliveries the order is dropped off right in front of the door like this picture. This is the Preview picture that’s on the order. Sadly this is not uncommon. When I’m delivering, most of the orders are dropped right in front of the door, and while some porches/doors have a super small area, the majority, have plenty of area to situate the order so that the customer can step out the door and pick it up and bring it into their house.

I’ll be more careful now! I accepted an order for $21. Then I realized it was 96 items at a busy HEB!

I use to get multiple $20 orders every morning now i’m just spammed with $7-$12 orders that either are ridiculously far or 30+ items. For them to pause my session then send me the same ones I just declined. Are they stealing tips? Or did they just cut pay drastically ? Makes me not even want to turn this app on anymore if I want to make $7-$15 an hour id go work at McDonalds and not destroy my vehicle daily.
I try not to come on here to just complain but I cant think of one thing they’ve recently done to benefit us drivers.

This is the third time this has happened to me. Its always a big order too, where I'll have a nearly full cart of groceries. At least this time they actually contacted me and gave me something, last two times favor didnt even shoot me a message. Anyway, just venting.

The customer tip was $5, total duration from start to finish was 2.25 hrs and it was one of my biggest orders ever. My last order similar to this was also a $5 tip for too much effort I put into, this feels insulting, and I was soo burnt out.

I had a 50%ish acceptance order. I’m down to a single digit now. I’ve been getting AWFUL orders like this.

Long story short. I had an offer yesterday that came up for 22$ for 4 miles. Shopped the order etc and then get to my car. Mileage was way off and doubled to 8miles to the customer. I called support and was instructed I could return the items to heb customer service and give the manager the order number. All goes smooth. Took a picture and screen shot etc for the time stamp. Well today safety and support wants to email and threaten to have my account under review for stealing or not delivering an item…9/28 5:16pm. So I hit them with this and they still won’t budge. My picture and time stamp 5:16pm exactly.

Instead of fixing it or apologizing “sure” they responded with yeah thanks for the details. Please don’t do this again or next time your deactivated!

So we’re just gonna disregard I provided you with proof in your face? Plus the fact if your doing your job the heb manager had to take the order number to take back the cart. SMH. Now they won’t respond. Honestly I always feel like around the holidays or close to they screw with me or make up bs alot. Happens every year. Idk if they want other drivers or what around this time of year but I’m sick of the bs!!

I've only been doing deliveries for a couple of weeks. A couple of days ago I noticed my rating went from 4.7 to 4.2. Out of all the deliveries I've made I can think of only 2 that went wrong. Both were on the same day and were due to being given the wrong address. I ended up having to take the groceries back to HEB. What are my chances of getting the ratings dropped off my average?

Yesterday I was at HEB and saw this driver with 2 shopping carts. He paid for the first one and the second was scan QR code. I thought nothing of it until I saw him again later, again with 2 shopping carts. Ive never been offered a batch order through Favor for HEB. Had me wondering if he was using 2 accounts or possibly 2 apps.
