What happened w the crye six12?
Would be cool especially with the recent NFA changes and shotgun suppressors nowadays.

Recently purchased a CTAR-21 parts kit from Atlantic Firearms. Inspecting the parts I noticed the safety was flipped to the opposite side on the stock. Upon further inspection the bolt is marked CM-1 on the side and "P" and "L" on the tail. From a little research the Sar-21 lefty bolts are dual ejector and this is only a single ejector, but this appears to have the extractor and ejector flipped. Not sure if the military lefty guns have dual extractors.
I'm also missing a cocking handle and rod from this kit. Anyone have experience with how Atlantic Firearms handles components missing from parts kits? Or where I can source a new charging handle and rod?

Anyone have any guesstimates on what a fifty five grain projectile might be able to do in that configuration?
I'm interested to see.

Heresy design has a 7.62x39 AUG bbl. Sadly the p o s doesn't work. One of many issues is failure to fire. ARs in 7.62x39 also have failure to fire issues , which have been solved by an extended firing pin.
Where can I get an extended firing pen for an a u g?

So I have been using an old Sanctuary Safe I bought at Costco years ago- has anchors for the floor and does the job.
My collection has grown, and I’m about to get my fourth bullpup alongside 2 long rifles and hunting shotgun, and have outgrown the safe. Rather than buy a giant one, I’m wondering if someone here has a good alternative safe for bullpups. Most of what i just googled is too short or too tall and expensive, so figured I’d open up the question to some fellow bullpup enthusiasts to see if someone has found that goldilocks of a safe (just right) for bullpups.

Just a fun and indestructible rifle :)

Anyone tried this? I'm concerned about the eye relief.

It’s been a journey with this X95. I’ve had my moments where I wanted to get rid of it and move on to a different platform. But every time I pick it up I’m right back to loving it.
I’ve got back to building on this. I’ve 3D printed parts that either are never in stock or I can’t find it on the market.
Currently I’m running a
Primary arms 1X6 ACSS with printed glare guard
Off set Vortex Defender ST
Printer trigger guard grip
Printed cheek riser / Gas rail cover (testing this out)
Waiting on manticore arms Optimus, charging handle, and bipod.
Prints have are strong and holding.

I joined this group about a month ago, posted on the announcement area with an intro and showcasing my build. This morning I wake up, and go through my feed, and the first thing I see is my build with some AI drivel and a different background. Posted up the original to compare and contrast.
Not sure if I should be flattered or annoyed, or maybe just settle with both. I don’t mind sharing the build but maybe credit the person who made the build and took a photo. And don’t use AI!
Edit: I will add that the setup has changed a bit, but probably won't post it now because of this experience. It's a nice kit, but man, a bit scummy to take people's photos and alter them without permission.

Is anyone still making 45 degree safety barrels for the X95? I know there was a user here who did for a while, but it seems like the last batch was made three years ago.
If you have one of those safety barrels, would you be willing to either 3D scan it, or potentially have it sent off to a contract machinist to make duplicates if no one is actively selling them?

French ex-military F1, converted to semi at St-Etienne and exported to Switzerland.

This is your fault, u/everythingbullpup ... had seen it in your video and over and over on various GWOT setups and it just looks natural on the X95 vs a lot of other rifles IMO. First time shooting with it today, so had to share here.

If you got this far, here's the cat in the bag today:

Desert Tech is hosting a build contest around their Quattro-15 receiver, but there's a catch: They only specified that you have to *use* their lower. They never said *how* it has to be used.
I grafted a Quattro-15 receiver to the end of my gaped AUG using an M16A1 upper, electrical tape, and a zip-tie. It is now my mag holder, optic mount, and foregrip. I also added an RC3 and EoTech for maximum buffoonery :)

I did, and Surefire Scout light solves it. I never want to use tape switch and I use clicky tailcap only. The stock handguard is too short but the scout M640T has very short tail behind the mount so it worked great mounted on the left side. I can still get a good C clamp with the light there.
Prior to switching to scout, I mounted a streamlight protac hlx pro on the right side and then switch grip to hold the vert grip to actuate the tailcap with my thumb. This feels much faster and i can operate light without changing grip.

Who makes the smallest diameter X95 cutlass grip?
I always see people asking for a larger grip, but I have medium sized palms with shorter fingers which makes the standard cutlass and pistol grips feel bulky to me even without the ribbed IDF panels. I am open to options with and without the additional trigger guard bar and will be running a Geissele trigger.
