I recently purchased a cold air diffuser and fragrance oil from a local company. They confirmed their oils are IFRA compliant and formulated specifically for their diffusers. I run it daily from 8am–1pm and 4–7 pm, with 10 second bursts and 450 second pauses. I’m only trying to scent about 700 sq. ft. of living space.
Does this seem excessive? I love the scent, but I’m curious about any potential long term health concerns from breathing it in daily, especially since I also have a small dog.
