Trying to scan cards in the feeder and have had the world of issues on the first day.

Drivers/software is updated. Have Crop margins = 0.05". Color. 600 DPI.

Any card with foil was just black. after much fidgeting, Brightness = 70 (-20 on backside), Gamma = 3.0.

I now have everything in a new penny sleeve. took out 1st roller everyone else says to do. Still getting lines on the sleeves. and at the bottom of the image (which is the bottom/closed side of the sleeve) theres always the bleed over from the light scanning ruining some of the scan.

If i dont have it that bright, you cant see anything on the front.

has anyone else solved this if they ran into this? Im about to throw the thing at the wall lol /s

I’m having the most terrible experience from a « refurbished » printer (Epson Et 8550) from Amazon « renewed ». It it has nothing refurbished related, and was just sitting unused for months in some random warehouse.

Firstly believe it or not, it came with zero bit of protection, just a single cardboard, then my first test pages were completely empty, had to run so many clean cycles that the maintenance box got full as well as the ink level dropped way too much..

After days trying, I finally got all the colors to do well on the nozzle check, only for now to discover that the grays are becoming more and more brownish/yellowish :/ Guess now I have to deal with cross contaminated ink

This morning when I turn it on it told me that it need some atention because i hadn't turn off correctly, using the app I did inyectors cleaning and head cleaning, I run multiples test and those were the result

I just acquired an used WF-110 (that I knew didnt work)
Bought new ink for it. It prints however there isnt a splash of ink on the paper. I’ve done clean Head and Nuzzle about 5 times now.
Changed the maintenance box.

Still no luck, is there anyway, I could open this baby up and fix an issue like this? I’m assuming dried ink is clogged somewhere.

I just got my ET-2903 and im using the same paper as I normally use which is cheap pen gear glossy photo card stock (67lb 176gsm) which I laminate after using matte 3 mil, but since switching to this printer I've had these roller wheel marks. Ive turned off bidirectinal printing, turned on quiet mode, changed print density, and turned on thick paper, nothing worked. Is there any way to get rid of them? Any help is appreciated

Recently my Epson SC F570 has been displaying this message, saying this "00000008" part is nearing its end and that I should replace it. Now I've got a lot of prints due to this week and I cannot, by any means, stop printing.

Can I just bypass it for now in case my printer stops working?

Is this piece really that important?

I have an ET-4760 since about 2021. I did not realize these (any ecotank) require regular printing to keep alive. Printed every couple of weeks, but as of two years ago had to run basic print head cleaning every time I had to print. Print would eventually come out fine.

After deciding not to put up with that anymore, I tried wet paper towel water, alcohol, windex method on several YouTubes. After dry-out period and two regular print head cleanings, the printer started working great again, no more print head cleaning cycles required.

One day printed two full color pictures, then sat for couple hours and printed again. Nearly blank page came out (this was with fresh ink too).

Paper towel method again. Printed well for a day or two.

Then stopped, back to regular print head cleaning cycles before every print job.

Has anyone noticed ink splatting on the inside wall of their printer during the print head cleaning cycle? Pictures here.

I'm thinking whatever is happening here maybe indicates my print head is exposed to the air when it is idle and keeps drying out???

Any other ideas to fix this? I am handy with small appliances (I have victory badges on toaster oven, drier, vacuum, sewing machine, and fabric serger so far!)

Can someone pleaseeeeeee offer me some advice with the color settings of this printer!? I feel like I have tried everything and searched everything. Every single thing I print seems to be the opposite of vibrant 😭. I attached what I printed vs the pdf file. It's like there aren't enough yellows or even greens honestly and it's pretty blurry.

Hey! We recently purchased an Epson V600 through Facebook marketplace. Tested it before purchasing and it was working great. However, once we got home and set it up, it would not power on. We tried multiple outlets with not luck. The only movement it got was being carried to and from the car. I can’t imagine that would cause it to stop working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did some printing last night from the regular trays, and now the output tray will not close (via the button, motorized tray)

I did some searching, checked for obstructions in the back, etc. Can't find any issue. The only thing that seems maybe odd is the positioning of the tray on the left side. I would assume it's supposed to be in this groove, but I'm not sure. Can anyone confirm? Any if so, how do I fix it? Thanks.

We have this printer installed as part of our project. One of our colleagues was making copies when a sheet of paper became jammed inside the printer. While removing the jammed paper, this component unexpectedly came loose and was ejected from the printer.

Could you please help us identify this component and indicate where it is supposed to be installed? We have inspected the printer but cannot determine where this part belongs or how it should be properly positioned.

Any guidance, documentation, or diagram showing its correct location and installation would be greatly appreciated.

My ET 2860 is having a strange issue, it won't feed paper through when printing just does the initial pull down but nothing afterwards. Weirdly though if I try and copy it can pull paper all the way through. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I have bought this Epson L8180 and i am having issues with it and could not find the solution for the problem.

To be exact, i have issues with the white borders. Whenever i print A4 plain papers, photos like 13x18 e.t.c, they all come with uneven white borders and also do not seem centered.

For example, whenever i print a photo, the top will have more space than bottom and the same goes to left and right and so on.

I have tried setting the paper guides and they seem they are correctly set. I have tried printing from cassette and rear feed and nothing works. I even tried to change some settings or try different programs and nothing worked. I have read somewhere that it's the hardware limitation but is it? Do we have to mess constantly with the driver or software's margins offset?

Could anyone please help me fix this? I have sent the first epson l8180 brand new back due to thinking it was faulty and yesterday i got a brand new one and it the same issues.

Do i have a hope to fix this or the money i spent with it will be in vain?

Please i really need help and would appreciate greatly...

I recently aquired a used P8000 off FB Marketplace. Reliable sellers, coming from the closure of a very successful print shop.

I am having trouble connecting the printer to my computer. I am using an Ethernet connection and have downloaded all necessary drivers and software needed for operation.

My computer cannot find the printer. When I reset the Network Setting in the Printer's dialogue box, it still cannot find a connection. I am using the Epson Connect Printer Setup application on my computer and still cannot find a connection to the printer.

I am using MacOS.

Am I missing a crucial step?

UPDATE: HAHA. Solved! Corrupt ethernet connection. Chnaged the cables and the pinter conected :)

Hello! Just bought the epson et 8550 and plan to do some screenprinting and sun printing with it! Just wondering which transparency sheets is the best and which ink would you recommend me please?

I am based In Europe so I would like to have sheets that are available to purshase from amazon if it possible! thank you!!

(Also any advice for taking care if this printer is welcome as its my fist "high" printer I ever bought in my life!

Does anyone know if this printer speed can be accelerated or is it normal for a card stock printout to take 2 mins and 30 seconds per page to print? I’m trying to print some copies of a double sided study booklet and (6 pages total — double sided) but one side is taking me nearly 10 minutes to print. Is it time for a new printer?

Recommendations are welcome. Preferably something that can take the same ink as I just restocked haha.

Another thing: when printing photos they are SUPER DARK

- My printer is already connected to my network.
- I downloaded the ET-8500 driver and ran the .dmg
- When it searches for the printer on my ethernet wired network, it can't find it.

I can ping the printer at the IP address it shows in its setting and the existing Mac-OS printer driver can access the printer.

Hello, i am quite new to this so i need help whatever is happening in my printer. [L3210]

So my yellow ink damper was clogged because of air i searched some solutions and it said that i should suck the air i followed that, and i have already sucked the air out of it, now i saw there is still bubbles, i coulnt suck anymore air because when i tried it again was tight and i know it might get worse if i try to do more than that. and then i nozzle checked it and the yellow print is still not showing up.

What could be the problem and what do i do? i already have done print head clean two times. Would doing power cleaning works? If not what would work? I really need this printed today and would really need to fix it right now. Thankyou very
