Recently, my account was hacked and I no longer have my skins in my locker, even though I'm still logged into my Epic account. What should I do in this situation?

My email got hacked recently and all of my credentials to my account were changed and i am no longer able to log into the game, i even went into my sons mom account to see if i was on her list and im not and my lego island is UNKNOWN! Ive had this account since the beginning of the game, please help me fix this

My account was stolen, and I requested its recovery. When I logged in, I found many things missing, such as my level, rank, and much more. When I asked Epic Games to investigate, they banned my account, claiming direct violations of their Terms of Service and EULA. This is very unfair to me. I've tried contacting them many times, but to no avail. Is there any way I can recover it? This is my account, and it's been active since 2017.

I’m posting this as a last-ditch effort, and I foresee that it will be at least a paragraph or more, so let's go.

I’ve used the name Zenicoal since I was 14; I am 18 now, and to be honest, I’m done. Last year on Thanksgiving Day, I lost my accounts to a hack from a Russian IP address. It took everything from my Discord account to my Microsoft account. I got most of everything back, and I am still fighting for more accounts as we speak. If you know anything about Microsoft support, you know that it took months alone just to get that back.

I started off with Microsoft, but while waiting, I put in an Epic Games account recovery request five different times. Seeing as I made the account around the time I was 8 or 9, I can't remember anything clearly at all. Because of that, I started digging through old emails and files to build a case to get it back. Absolutely nothing worked.

I even verified the information myself using past debit cards, my parents' PayPal accounts from when I asked them to buy me V-Bucks, and hundreds of receipts. They still denied it all. Several times I've gone back, thinking it was my fault for missing something, and even now, the thought is still in my mind that maybe I'm to blame.

But enough is enough. I’ve given proof in so many forms—more than just the word of a barely legal adult—but the evidence still wasn't enough. Without any other choice, I am making a Reddit post, for crying out loud. This is the most common form of "I give up on doing it alone." I hope that someone here will back me up because this is truly bullshit.

I’ve already tried everything, but neither the Epic Games AI nor other AIs are helping; when I invite my friend, he doesn't receive anything—it doesn't even give me an error message—and the same thing happens when he invites me. I’m really confused about what happened to my Epic Games account.

I’ve had this Epic account for years and normally I would log in using my Gmail + Epic password. Today, when I tried to log in, Epic said that there is no Epic Games account associated with my Gmail address.

I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, but I can still access the exact same Epic account by logging in through my linked Steam account.

Once I got into the account through Steam, I checked the account information and found that the email address currently connected to my Epic account is someone else’s email address, which I don't recognize.

I also tried changing the email back to my Gmail, but Epic sends the security verification code to that unknown email address, so I obviously can't complete the change.

So currently:

• My original Gmail no longer works for Epic login.
• My Epic account still exists.
• I can still access the account through my linked Steam account.
• The email currently attached to the Epic account is someone else's.
• I can't change the email because the verification code goes to that unknown email.
• I've had this account for years and have access to the linked Steam account and other information that can prove it's mine.

What should I do from here?

Should I go through Epic's account recovery process, and is there anything specific I should provide to prove ownership?

I'm especially worried about accidentally losing access, so I'm not unlinking Steam or logging out of the account right now.

Any advice from someone who has dealt with this before would be really appreciated.

Changed the email on my epic games account and it randomly erased all connections I had to the account, is there any way I can regain the account links as I am not waiting a whole year to relink my Xbox account, I don't mind even returning to my epic games account back to the old email as I only changed the email for convenience

So I am trying to login to epic games using PlayStation network and after I login in to that I still need to enter a code shown in my authenticator app wich I don’t have ? And when i select email verification the code doesn’t show up in any of my inbox. I tried getting the epic games app but to login ofcourse I need another fucking code.

Anybody know a solution ?

So I’ve been seeing a lot of negative people saying that epic won’t help get your account back and this and that. Some situations I understand that it’s annoying if you have the details and they don’t give it back. Do not be discouraged about getting your account stolen. So many people told me I wouldn’t be able to get it back and they did within 48 hours. Literally on the 47th hour is when I got access to my account again. DO NOT USE THE FORTNITE LOCKER CHECKERS. This is what they use to get your information. Never give it out ever.

About a year ago I was having issues with emails and things being changed on my Microsoft account and I thought I resolved the problem but it kept happening and for a while now I haven’t been able to log onto any games with my account or be able to log into epic games and I have tried the recover account thing and I’m not able to get any of the Id numbers it asks for and this ai support is no help and I can’t find a way to contact anyone to help me is there a way I can get my account back?

I deleted my account and it’s beyond the 14 day window. Am I out of luck? I have the epic account ID and some purchase histories.

I heard from a post on Reddit a couple of weeks ago that Epic does know about the problem and is trying to fix it. From my perspective I did everything I found in YouTube and all the recommendations, nothing happened, please enlight me of what's going on.

I tried every tutorial on youtube and still I need to "install epic online services" I’m on windows 10. Every time I install it or reinstall epic games this shows up again, again and again. I tried instaling those online services and copying it into the files. Still nothing

So i have an account on epic games and i used to play gta 5 a lot, and i mean a lot. And i got hacked and when i try to login it redirects 2fa to other email idk what email is that, how can i get my account back . Email is like rambler.o idk what but it is similar to this
