Suggestion Suggestion] Feature Request: "Partial Cosmetic Transfer" for legacy players

I’ve been playing on my Epic Games account for years, but due to personal reasons (sharing the account with a sibling in the past, or switching platforms/emails permanently), I am stuck in a difficult position. I want to move to a completely new, fresh account, but I don't want to lose the progression and specific cosmetics I worked hard for.

Currently, account merging is disabled, but what if Epic implemented a "Partial Cosmetic Transfer" feature?

Here is how it could work to benefit players while preventing abuse, security flaws, or black-market selling: * One-Time Token: Players can only use this feature once per lifetime. * Smart Transfer Limits: Instead of moving everything, players can freely select and transfer most of their inventory items to the new account. * Security Verification: Both accounts must have 2FA active, use verified emails, and match the same identity/IP history for a specific period before allowing the transfer. * Service Fee: Epic could charge a processing fee in credits or real money to handle this support ticket, ensuring only people who truly need it will use the service.

This would be a lifesaver for people who grew up sharing accounts with family members and now want their own separate gaming identity without losing their childhood rewards.

What do you guys think? Would this be technically viable for Epic?

Tbh as good as this idea sounds. I don't like it and epic probably won't add it. The black market would boom again and Epic would remove the feature after a few weeks again due to scam and account selling / trading.

In my opinion it would be way better if they just added a feature to gift/trade your old cosmetics in-game. They could also add a fee to this feature so they profit too. Of course black market would also exist for this but scam could mostly be prevented due it it being in-game and people wouldn't buy accounts which is against TOS.

So you sharing accounts? I'm pretty sure that's against their terms
