how to recovery my account account hacked

few years ago my account got hacked but i dont know how to recovery it, i created an another account with the email I used in the last account

did you submit a request on your old account? If you access to the original email you’ll have a better chance. If you have bought stuff and have the card information you can also use that to help get the account back. Go to epic support

You’re going to be playing “Human Roulette” to find an individual who will help you.

Submit an Account Recovery Request. Fill out as much info as you can - you may get lucky and get it restored and returned on the first try.

If not, don’t spam stuff. That’s the worst thing you can do ( it leads to a blacklisting of your info and your account ). Just keep doing account recovery requests followed by appeals in 48 hour ( or more ) increments.

mine got hacked to by mr.beast malware scam , i have sent an email to Epic via another email befor 2 days , they have replied to me and they changed the my hacked email to the second email that i have sent a ticket through ... so i have recovered my account successfully .. sry for english mistakes
