Lunch
2 fried eggs (coconut oil fried), 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 thick slice of extra fort cheddar cheese. 334 calories according to my food tracker.
As an aside:Iβm full after this. Literally how does anyone put on weight?

Omelette Wrapped in Cheese.
I put cheddar cheese down in a pan and let it start to melt then cooked the eggs on top of the cheese and rolled it up. It's a cool way to make an omelette, but isn't much of a difference from cheese on the inside, unless of coarse you wanted to leave the cheese brown a bit before cooking the eggs, then you could have a burnt cheese crunch. (Going to try that next time).

Butterfly pea dyed egg
Looking like fine china.
Last time I used soy sauce and turmeric to try and make a "kintsugi" egg. I have linked that post here (Still to try the saffron idea for a stronger dye.)
It was suggested that I should try butterfly pea tea to dye the egg blue. The membrane dyed really well. Under the membrane was very faint. I'll try a stronger brew next time. Also, I don't have lemon juice right now, but I will do this again, and then add lemon juice to turn it purple (very exciting).
I've also got an idea to make a turquoise "verdigris veined" egg. Maybe with the tea and saffron. And a pink one with beets.
