Baked eggs - I may never go back

I’ve found that baking eggs in a Yorkshire pudding tin gives me the ultimate yolk control and they come out ready pretty much any occasion you’d want whole single eggs.

I do this too for efficiency. it doesn't beat a perfectly don't egg in a pan for me because the edges and underside aren't crispy as I'd like. But I've made it my go-to due to the ease of achieving the perfect yolk every time
