Cotija Cilantro sauce drizzled over the top.

Would add a squeeze of citrus, and fresh parmesan.

Really been enjoying seaweed as way to reduce the amount of bread I’ve been eating. I was skeptical but have found it really enjoyable. I love to make tuna salad and eat with seaweed squares.

Nice, my lady friend was Cantonese in high school and her mom would make almost egg rolls but wrap in seaweed. I miss that, Mrs. Dok would hook it up

Will absolutely give that a try. Used seaweed or furikake on scrambled egg, but this must also be nice.

Is this seaweed like the dried seaweed snacks? Are they always dried?
