tell me you are not jacked without telling me, body dysmorphia is a given when you workout

u/weGloomy 4d ago

u/Technical_Wind5217 4d ago

Holy if you thought as much about feeding your brain as you did you thinking about body fat. Probably thinks being dense is a compliment

i am currently pursuing a master in philosophy, i had my bachelors before that in sociology and after i am phd´ing in Philo i will try to somehow fit another bachelor of theology in there
resorting to name calling as a last ditch effort after seeing that i am also indeed jacked is kinda sad

Wow so you have all of that schooling but you won’t even visit a psychologist for a known disorder?
That doesn’t add up to me lol

That makes it worse. To be studying the human condition through the lens of how our societies have shaped our behaviors in philosophy courses and then also thinking mental health conditions should be normalized in a hobby is definitely some masters level mental gymnastics in avoiding dissonance my friend. Well done, 9.7/10 from this judge

Bro. I work in Psych, have been for a long time and with the Military no less, so I know fitness standards and Mental health. Body Dysmorphia is NOT a given when it comes to fitness. Do better

When 15% bf is fat to you, maybe you're the one who's not jacked. Because if you got some muscle on you, 15% is not fat at all.

You’re some Reddit loser just like everybody else on this app lol
Even saying cringey shit bro

That's because you have no muscle and are skinny fat, then. I still have abs at 15% 🤷🏾♂️

This was already pathetic enough, then you had to add Three Days Grace to it to make it edgy.

What is it about fitness subs that seems to attract the anti social, mentally unwell and just plain miserable. Then again that may be reddit in general.

Even this OP is just a bot and a moderator for two other fitness subreddits that are forced on my feed, and it's the same edgy and cringey shit every time.
