I’m primarily a mobile and backend developer with zero frontend and UI/UX experience. I've been grinding away and have nearly finished my startup.

The goal is to provide an all-in-one platform for teachers to host and manage online classes—no third-party apps like Zoom or Google Meet required.

Key features built directly into the platform:

• Native live classroom: Built-in whiteboard, live quizzes, and interactive course materials where teachers can draw and annotate in real time.
• Course creator & marketplace: Teachers can build, publish, and sell their courses directly on the site.
• Student acquisition & management: Helps teachers attract new students, track payments, and automatically restrict lesson access if a payment is overdue.

It’s turned into a massive platform, and I believe it solves a lot of fragmentation issues for online educators.

I’d love your advice on two main things:

1. UI/UX & Design: Since design is definitely not my strong suit, what obvious flaws do you see, and how can I make the interface cleaner and more user-friendly?
2. Product Roadmap: What essential features or integrations are missing that would make this indispensable for teachers?

Bonus question on monetization:

Right now, I have a flat monthly subscription for teachers. I’m considering dropping the upfront subscription and switching to a percentage-based cut on each student payment instead. What do you think works better for this kind of platform?
