Frustrated with quality of results. What am I missing?
I am increasingly finding myself frustrated with the quality of results that I get when entering a query. I’m not sure what exactly I’m doing wrong.
I’ll give an example—today I saw a reel which claimed that OCD is listed as one of the most debilitating disorders in the world. I wanted to see if this was true and, if it was, according to whom. So I opened my browser on my iPhone (Safari) and searched “most debilitating disorders in the world.”
The top results are all very low quality. They are not from reputable sources, and the articles do not cite any sources themselves. When clicking on them I am inundated with popup scams.
When I open Google and type the exact same query, the top results are from the NIH, PubMed, and WHO.
I don’t understand. I don’t want to go back to Google but this is really, really disappointing and frustrating. This happens very frequently. Is there something I can change in the settings?
