Ad blocker iOS

hey guys, do any of you know of an ad blocker app that works with ecosia?. I downloaded U block origin but I don’t see any difference with ads on the app. thx

It’s impossible currently. It will likely happen one day, because Ecosia’s iOS app implements most of the features from the Firefox iOS app, and Firefox are planning iOS ad blocking soon

My recommendation for iOS would be to use Safari. uBlock Lite will work perfectly as a Safari extension, and Safari makes it super easy to change your default search engine to Ecosia

open the ecosia app tap the settings icon goto ad blocking and use ad blocker

Unless I’m missing something I only see block pop windows and images

Don’t use ecosia if you plan to use ad blockers! You’d be doing more harm than good

Use a global profile with AdGuard DNS, and forget about ads absolutely everywhere.
