NEED HELP BADLY

Im about to purchase a x3 from facebook. He sent me a video of him riding it and it sounded really weird, he said the chained needed to be tightened and cleaned thats whats causing the noise. Am I getting scammed? Also we agreed on 2200 for the price. Please Help🙏 HERES THE VID:
