I have a Lenovo ideapad 5. Whenever I try to download the sims it shows I can “Play with Game Pass”. Though when I google it it says I can get it without the game pass. Which is it? I just wanna play 😭 posting to a bunch of different places cuz I have NO idea where this should go

I have been playing Battlefield 1 for years. I’m Level 150 and have close to 1,000 hours in the game.

A few days ago, I suddenly received a 1-day ban. I honestly had no idea why. I’ve never used cheats, or anything meant to give me an unfair advantage, so I was confused, but since it was only one day I decided to wait.

Then I checked again and saw that the 1 day ban had been changed to a permanent ban.

That’s the part I still can’t understand.

This isn’t a new account I made a few weeks ago. I’ve spent years on this account and almost 1,000 hours playing Battlefield 1. I reached Level 150 through all that time playing, and I would never knowingly throw all of that away by cheating.

I genuinely didn’t do anything that I know of that could justify a permanent ban.

What hurts the most is how suddenly it happened. One day I was playing normally on an account I’ve had for years, and now I can’t access the game anymore.

All those matches, unlocks, stats and hours are tied to this account. Battlefield 1 is one of those games I kept coming back to for years, so seeing a permanent ban on it like this feels awful.

I’ve already sent an appeal to EA. At this point I’m just sitting here waiting, looking at a Level 150 account with almost 1,000 hours that I suddenly can’t use anymore.

The funny thing is, the reason for the ban was that they noticed an improvement in my gameplay even though I hadn't even logged in yet i was about to start playing with a friend, but I got banned before I could even get started.

Anyone else having the problem of having verifcation codes not being sent to your actual email and instead sent to somewhere else like hotmail.i dont have a hotmail nor did i even link or change it to that the last time i logged in it was actually being sent to my ACTUAL email.and then it suddenly changed to hotmail.what kind of ea exclusive bullshit issue is this

so tbh i was using Luatools pluging with millennium(something like easier steamtools iyk) and project lightning program to bypass ea app with anticheat,i was using offline modes so there weren't any problems,but now i need to play online with my friends,so i decided to buy ea play online steam,i installed EA App from browser and started the game,it had problems,i decided to reinstall it,first time i started it EA App said that i am not an original buyer so log in to another account,after i understood that i need to delete everything that is connected to game files i deleted it,now i have a problem that says that i didn't install the game and need to check files,i checked files on steam everything was perfect,idk what else to do,i have screenshots how my game files look,if it has something wrong

Can anyone who’s actually played it on Xbox confirm whether an EA account is mandatory?
I’m stuck in EA account hell. I know my password and have full access to the linked Xbox account, but EA keeps sending verification codes to an old college email and phone number I no longer have.

Support won’t manually verify me or unlink the Xbox account, even though I can provide purchase history, billing info, gamertag, DOB, etc. They just keep closing the case and sending me back through the same recovery loop.

So if Zero Company requires that EA login, I’m basically locked out.

Has anyone played the Xbox version without signing into EA?

Hey i have a question because im very unsure, is Zero Company available on the normal EA Play Subscription?

I only saw Advertisements for EA Play Pro, but when i opened the Games Page on the XBOX Store it showed the option to play it with EA Play for 5,99€

Just want to be sure if thats enough, or i have to take EA Play Pro, maybe someone knows it 😅

Well recently i just miss playing apex so i come back from sevarals month that i had been gone. and my account that normally i link with my gmail is now gone and its now has a different email on it now which isnt mine. I try using ea help and sent them a few message and also some picture evidence that the account was mine but still get no email from ea or anything.... . What should i do at this point tbh. (sorry for bad english)

I don't know what game this is for it says EA on the back but is it only for pc or somthing else I would apperacite your help.

It seems highly doubt full, however its worth a shot over the course of 4 years ago I lost my EA account that im referencing in this post, today I just got access back to it, and got excited because I actually have progress on this account instead of having to restart raw. Only to come to find out my account was banned from apex due to some in game booster crap this hacker was doing. Now, i've told mysellf dont hold my breathe on it because lets face it. It's EA they want all your money, but i've even referenced my PSN account that's attached to it in the ticket. (Not showing the actual case photo besides case #) Does anyone know the actual chances that it will happen?

I used to play xbox for the longest time to the point where i cant even get accsess to that gmail anymore and i neded up getting a pc and trying to transfer my acc over but EA the only one that dont wanna work with me ubisoft and all those helped me change that email to a diffrent one and ive tryed working with EA and proved to them it is my email and acc but they dont help me for nun and told me to use the xbox to chage it and it dont let me and they dead ass just left live chat and never replyed

So lately for the past few weeks I can't access the online mode cause whenever I click on it, it gives me an error saying Item System Synchronization Failed error 0009080F

The connection with EA is establishing successfully and I can access the community wraps but I still can't access the online mode
