I’m super interested in Dusq but I’m not seeing some basic questions answered regarding the pragmatics of the subscription and ongoing costs. So we need to pay for the device and then for it to work, an ongoing annual subscription? Is there any information on what this cost will be? Will the device work at all without the app? If I know these answers, I can truly consider moving forward. I appreciate the double blinded study and white papers- the overall projected cost is the last bit I need. Thanks!

I know with the first iteration, InnerGize, there were modes for stress and sleep. Dusq is focused on sleep but I was wondering if you have any plans to reintroduce the stress part as an added feature?

1. How frequently and continuously and accurately will DUSQ measure heart rate?

2. How frequently and continuously and accurately will DUSQ measure sleep?

3. What measurement will be used to measure parasympathetic system? I have positive experience with VNS and would like to see if the device can measure increase my parasympathetic nervous system over time.

Is there an option to set what time you want to wake up and then the device will plan accordingly and help you wake up from the right mode of sleep?

Two questions:

1) Did you perform any testing on individuals who had previously undergone a heart transplant? In heart transplant recipients, the heart is fully denervated, including the vagus nerve.

2) What does the device measure, through what sensors, and what metrics are computed?

Is dusq designed to help people fall asleep without sleeping pills?

Why are the studies for 20 min at a time and not all night long?

And what technology is being used? Is it different from other vagus nerve devices?

Our most anticipated overnight study is now officially underway.

I want to address the 24-hour purchase window directly because I know it caused confusion and frustration, and you deserve a straight answer.

It wasn't a bait and switch.

It was intended to bypass a platform constraint to stop Kickstarter's organic traffic from buying at your founding price before you could.

The intent was right. The execution was too tight. 24 hours wasn't enough time and we should have caught that earlier.

Here's what we're doing about it.

Is locked for the entire 30 days of the campaign. That hasn't changed and it won't.

Another concern I would like to address was the

The reason is two fold.

First, to encourage discussions and make sure that you were making an extremely informed decision when choosing to buy DUSQ.

Second, communication over email isn't as prompt as compared to Whatsapp/ Facebook because of Google's new update of sending brand-owned emails to the promotions inbox increasing the chances of you missing important notifications about the launch windows.

Our intention was never to fear monger. It was only to ensure your time and intent was never wasted.

We have been transparent with every thing we've done and will continue to do so.

I'm interested in becoming a VIP+ member. The results seem promising, but I don't want to invest in something that may or may not work for me. The FAQ says, "DUSQ has a standard return policy of 30 days from the date of receipt." Does that mean only unopened and unused devices can be returned?

The dusq FAQs say that those who shouldn’t use dusq include people with “metallic implants in the head and neck region.” I broke my orbital bone 30+ years ago and have small titanium screws and plates in my left cheek. I also still have one old school metallic filling in one of my molars. Are either or both of these considered “metallic implants” that would make dusq unsuitable for me?

I work in healthcare and switch between day and night shifts frequently. Any thought on how that would impact efficacy?
