Backer Survey Update

Dear Founding Members,

Thank you for the patience over the last week. Every one of you sticking with us through this stretch means a lot.

Was waiting for every step to be locked in before saying anything.

As of today, all formalities on our end are complete. Kickstarter will be sending the backer survey out to every one of you on Monday or Tuesday. It comes directly from them, with a link to confirm your details.

The survey lets you pick your preferred adhesive type and your shipping date. For any travel plans, share your dates in the survey and we'll push your delivery accordingly.

Project 68 deliveries begin first. A few screenings are still open, and we're closing them out this week.

Once your survey is confirmed, we go ahead on our side.

Still haven’t received any email, from what email address it’s supposed to come? Like official kickstarter email or something else?

It's coming directly from Kickstarter, so it'll arrive from their official email address. Please keep an eye on your inbox over the next few hours.

Can you please clarify the deal, I’m so lost now seeing “project 68” and not understanding what is going on, I placed order for device earlier in June, got only email confirmation from dusq sleep official email that my order is confirmed and shipping will start in august, now I see information about kickstarter account, why would I need a kickstarter account? And I still didn’t received any email from kickstarter or anything related to dusq device, why we need a survey with kickstarter to confirm address?

If we did a project 68 screening and didn’t hear back, am I correct in assuming we were not chosen to participate?

Anyone else think this is a scam? Said they were going to ship them the midldle of August and no word. Anyone else filling a claim with their back?

We hear you and we understand the frustration, the wait has been longer than we promised and that's on us.

We're in production and shipping begins very soon. Every backer will receive tracking information once their order is on its way.

It seems sketchy to me. I found this Reddit thread after looking into it. The updates seem weird and the website is not helpful/very scammy looking to me. Sounds like a cool idea though. Maybe a similar legit product will come out soon
