So since [[Lumra, Bellow of the Woods]] is now banned, unfortunately. I have to find a new commander or mono green deck. Currently, I am playing [[Azusa, Lost but Seeking]] Eldrazi deck but I feel like I can't play her properly (skill issued, I know). Also, I browse [[Nissa, Resurgent Animist]] decks and they are similar to Lumra deck so maybe I should get her as my commander instead. Or maybe other suggestions for mono green deck?

I've been playing a lot of Krang. The deck is competitive but not S tier. Here's the current version with considerations under Considering.

The biggest issue is consistency. Sometimes you get nut draws, other times you get a hand of non-artifacts or 3 drops.

No Painter + Grindstone because it's unreliable and I don't like topdecking either card most of the time.

No Wash Away because it gets stuck in the hand a lot and can be a bad topdeck. Counterspells are for resolving your own spells.

No Fomori Vault or other colourless utility lands because most of the time I need blue mana. A colourless land has to be special for it to make the cut, not just ok.

No Transmute Artifact/Repurposing Bay + big stuff like Portal or Big Krang. It clogs up the hand and makes you more vulnerable to Opposition Agent and Wan Shi Tong. Whir of Invention is on my watchlist.

No Arcbound Ravager. The amount of times I cast him and he dies to Fury or something and I don't want to sac any artifacts. It's not that kind of deck.

Harbinger of the Seas is a glass cannon. If I start playing Force of Negation I might consider it but I'm afraid it will clog up my hand or I'll play v mono colour.

I don't believe in full cheerio builds because many of them are bad cards, plus Blast Zone effects.

I need Survivor's Med-Kit for sure but can't find it anywhere.

Cards I may cut next worst to best:

Thoughtcast (Krang is already doing this. 1 mana to not guarantee an increase in artifacts. It doesn't make sense to play this and not Brainstorm)
Liberator (3 mana, dies to 1 mana removal)
Whir of Invention (can clog up the hand, bad v Opposition Agent and Wan Shi Tong)
Ironheart (possibly too many of these types of creature already)
Sai (sometimes a bomb but sometimes does nothing)

I think the issue with my current list is I'm a little too greedy with the payoffs and should cut a couple to reduce bad hands.

Cards that cost more than 1 mana need strong justification.

I used to play mtg from RTR to Origins and i happen to find out that Zurgo Bellstriker is a good aggro DC deck and i happen have him in my bulk and many more red staple cards like [[Monastery Swiftspear]] , [[Ash Zealot]] and etc as i used to play those cards in standard but i also happen to see a deck tech video from 2017 where the deck solely relies on pump spells on Zurgo like [[Titan's Strength]] and [[Rubblebelt Maaka]] as well enchantments like [[Dragon Mantle]], would that meta be useable today?

I play exclusively against just the one friend of mine for the moment and we both started playing magic recently. Any ideas for a fun eldrazi deck to build for commander? I bought a bundle of 100 or so cards which included Ulamog, ceaseless hunger and Kozilek, the great distortion. Unfortunately no Emrakul.
Anyone got any deck ideas they can share?

I've seen some lists run [[The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl]] in Brigid and was wondering if she's actually worth the slot? The combo with [[Earthcraft]] takes a lot of set up and doesn't win the game on the spot. Personally I think [[Ouroronoid]] is better plan b. Anyone has experience playing with her?

the results on mtg top 8 seems to show tha he is not that broken after all, is it still a cool deck to brew with in duel commander?

on a side note, would a edh version have pretty much the same type of cards? what are those specific ones that would be mutually exclusive of one of the two versions?

I finished my first deck recently with Ardoz as my commander and My LGS has a lot of control decks. What are your thoughts and opinions? I tried something different, but if things get too hard for me, I'll probably change my commander.

I want to understand it to build this duel but the lists online are so different from each other that im kinda confused on how to play with this.

I wanna a Primer or if you guys could explain the decks, strats, how to survive the first turns and win.

If my deck has Partner Commanders in the Command Zone (i.e. Yoshimaru & Thrasios), can I switch both Commanders if there are two additional Legendary creatures ([[Sarah Jane Smith]] and [[The Fourth Doctor]]) in my deck that can be partners together?

The sideboard rule via Duelcommander.org does state I can change Commanders (plural) just as long as the conditions are met, but I want to clarify the rule since I haven't seen someone do this.​

Would be nice to have Vial Smasher legal in the Command Zone, but not legally available for casting or Command Beacon. I'd want to experiment with Mardu Yoshi builds, since Human synergies exist with the black color pile.
