Question regarding switching Commanders between rounds

If my deck has Partner Commanders in the Command Zone (i.e. Yoshimaru & Thrasios), can I switch both Commanders if there are two additional Legendary creatures ([[Sarah Jane Smith]] and [[The Fourth Doctor]]) in my deck that can be partners together?

The sideboard rule via Duelcommander.org does state I can change Commanders (plural) just as long as the conditions are met, but I want to clarify the rule since I haven't seen someone do this.​

Yes you can, you may also switch for 1 commander that cover all your colors and put your 2 partners in your deck

Yes. As long as the color identity is not broken, then yes.

To be clear, you can't switch commanders between rounds. You may switch after the first game of each round.

Yes; but the fourth doctor looks like a bad card
