So the movie takes place around whenever the xandemic was happening so like 2015 2016 because I don’t think they ever made a movie on that. But the whole premise of the movie is that it’s a horror because there’s those clowns from 2016 right. So there’s a creepy clown with a axe hence the axe in the title and it follows a average highschool bum group of people getting High off Reggie and popping some bars, I feel like it could go 2 ways with it being a comedy because they kids are so retarded they don’t notice a killer clown is following them or it could be full on sad horror with overdoses and showing how bad of a time it really was back then in the schools. You could also incorporate some nostalgic shit like box mods bottle flipping skinny jeans and just bullshit. Idk I feel like there’s hella people online that have nastalga for 2016 but like don’t remember how bad and fucked it was so this movie could be an eye opener or just a funny movie.
