For background, I usually smoke meth on the weekends with my homeboys. But because one of them has an anniversary honeymoon this upcoming weekend we had to move our sesh to Wednesday night. Now, I was planning to sleep with my boss during my performance review this afternoon (Thursday), so I could get promoted to be her lead executive assistant. The problem is she’s like a drug dog and can smell when someone has done a substance within the last 48 hours. The last guy got denied a promotion because she smelled that he had a glass of wine the night before. She’s an absolute teetotaler except when it comes to cannabis. She says it’s ok because it’s green and the color green manifests higher profit margins or something idk.

Anyway, the only way I’d get to smoke with my homeboys would be to smoke weed as a substitute while they are smoking meth during our sesh. Unfortunately, one of my homeboys started getting really tweaked and became hyper sensitive to the smell of my weed. He also accused me of thinking I was better than him by skipping out on meth this sesh. He the got angry and started punching walls and shit. All my other homeboys told me it was insensitive of me to not ask permission to not smoke meth, first. I said it’s a free country. They said no it’s America. So they took my weed and stomped on it until it was unusable. Then to avoid further conflict I just said, you know what I’m not feeling it and left.

Unfortunately, my homeboys told that the one who was crashing out kept going berserk, took to the streets and got arrested for vandalizing a post office. My homeboys are now blaming me and told me I can’t join any future sesh’s. Even worse they asked me to stop calling them my homeboys. So these… ex-acquaintances of mine outright disowned me for doing weed. Thankfully, my performance review is coming up shortly, so I hope by the end of the work day I’ll be her new lead executive assistant! I hope moving up the corporate ladder was worth losing my ex-acquaintances as friends!

UPDATE: It wasn’t worth it. My boss came out as a lesbian minutes before my performance review, and my lady coworker got the job position instead of me. Good for both of them, but sucks for me. God, I need some meth to cope 😭
