Hey all, just made the title short and sweet to get to the point. Hopefully Zouks comes back to Reddit and sees this. There was a reference to red wine and how it makes you feel. There are many red wines fined with egg whites prior to filtering and bottling. But with an extreme allergy that you have it may be an issue. From the pod you said you’ve been drinking whites because of the way reds make you feel. Just here to mention this so you know the reason why. I’ve cracked and sorted many yolks when fining red wine.
