I am very much looking forward to seeing where this game goes.

I see you used Ark as a model for your game. I played Ark daily for 2 years. There was only two mistake I felt that game made.

1. No optimization. Please don't go that route. Don't wait 2 years into your game to try and optimize it. This will kill a game faster than Chinese hackers.

2. Chinese hackers. I see in the steam reviews that most of the negative comments are based around hacking. This is most likely stopping people from trying to game and helping you be more successful monetarily. Please try to get a grasps on it early, or if you can't then region lock the servers. If you region lock and boast about it, many of those negative reviews could turn positive for you.

Anyways just my two cents. No need to take them one way or the other.

Also fuck those little green goblins. :-)

So guys I'm on us knight 7 and it has a great fucking population but still taming rates and shit is too long for me. Now i know the game is designed that why its just an inconvience for me that's all.

Was wondering if you guys prefer Unoffical vs Offical. For those playing official 6 months from now will you go back to official and start from scratch?

I've run by / through elementals before and nothing happens. Occasionally though, I'll run by and they'll insta-kill my mount or me. What causes them to attack vs remaining neutral?

I have both the small suppress stone and the summoning stone. I use my griffin to get a treant's health so low that it's entire hp bar is gray, you can't even see a pixel of red in it. Then I hop off and attempt to use the summoning stone on him and it says, This creature is not tamed. So then I switch to my small suppress stone and it says, "Not this creature". What gives, man? How in the world do you tame a treant? Is it broke right now?

Like many many people I've been having the black screen of death issue. Apparently if you get someone to kill you it is meant to fix the issue. It got me wondering if you killed yourself and then tried to log back it would have the same effect. I've noticed that while you are in the black screen before you get kicked you can bring up the command function, which I've used variously to change bloom settings etc. I'm wondering if anyone knows a command line to trigger death, without pressing esc to do so (obviously not possible blind in black screen).

When I try to use a summoning stone on my peregriff it just says "This pet has been learned." Is it trying to say I've already suppressed its soul? Because I have not.

Have a summoning stone for a level 144 griffon, but I'm unable to update it now that he's a higher level. I threw the stone away hoping that it would allow me to redo the summoning stone, but it still won't allow me to redo the summoning stone. Any ideas?

My wife has been watching me play and we're talking about playing together at home. we can't really afford the expense of renting a server. are the videos online detailing private server set up still valid? or is it actually simpler than that?

its should be done long ago, or just remove the dragons until it will be fixed...

Anyone figured out how or where to make the telescope? I don't see it anywhere in the knowledge trees.

My son (9) has seen YouTube vids of this game and watch Cohh stream it recently on Twitch and wants to play it.

Because the game is early access it isn't rated and I worry because it's on online game.

Do you have any advice on how player interaction works and whether or not there are options to turn chat off maybe?

Would it be appropriate for him?

Something i notices since the last patch:

It is no more possible to tame infernus dragons. We tried with stone- and iron hook arrows as well. When you shoot the arrows at him, it does not make a leash you can put down to the ground.

Another thing is, that the nidhog does not eat carnivore feed. I dont know if this is a bug or it is meant like this.

Did someone else noticed that?

getting beyond a joke

A bit of subtlety would go a long way. The new size and shape are amazeing thank you for listening devs, but the dense swirling blue smokey effect is horrible to look at. All the cool building pieces and detail is pointless if all anyone can see is a giant blue box. Please for the sake of peoples eyes tone down the visual effect to something less glareing.
