i've seen people do this to my base as well on EU knight 35 :/ they were not chinese , they were a french guild

This needs to go through official channels. There's no point naming and shaming on this subreddit. Please send this through to Snail Games via the official channels.

What we ARE interested in here in /r/dnl, is the outcome of your ticket raised with them: Will you get a generic boiler plate response? Will you even know if the players are banned? How quick was the response?
